After my pizza had been out of the oven for 45 minutes it had still not been picked up by the driver. When I called the store to check on the order status I was told by the female answering the phone that the driver wasn’t back from his previous delivery “there is nothing I can do, if you want to cancel it then cancel it” so I did!

I haven’t had Domino’s in a while, but thought I’d give it a try tonight. After reading Horrible reviews, I was worried. We ordered online for pick-up, I went in, and it looked like One guy working there.. HOWEVER, my order was Correct, my pizza looked Perfect, and it tasted even Better. While the guy was multitasking like a Boss, he even gave me the respect to make sure I was happy with the order I checked before leaving. Part of my order was the 12 piece bites specialty chicken- crispy bacon&tomatoes. When it arrive it was HALF EATEN! I don’t know if the people at the restaurant ate it or maybe sent half an order OR the delivery guy ate it, but it really doesn’t matter now. I’m done with deliveries and delivery people. Just get in the car and go get it. Gonna save money and get better service. People just don’t care anymore about service or quality. Even the Dominoes website makes a complaining person type it out to DOT the Customer Support Bot. Really!

Ordered several times and had issues more then once. Always gave drivers $5 tips, but drivers kept forgetting items.
Just Ordered pizza and cinnamon bites with 2 icing cups and no cups came with order. Called store and was told driver would bring them. 90 minutes later driver didn’t show. Called store and was told they will just refund me.
I’ll be deleting my Domino’s account and ordering from Marco’s from now on.

We ordered pizza online and when we received it, parts of it was burned and they forgot to bring our drinks. When we called to inform them of this, the gentleman on the phone was very rude, basically told us that he can’t do anything about it. My husband then asked if we could get a refund and his exact words were “Naw bro”. Then when my husband asked for his name he hung up in his face. The manager that we talked to name is Tristan. We just took the pizzas to the store and left them, without getting a refund. This place has horrible customer service. I do not recommend them!
