The AM manager, you would think would be more customer service oriented, was not only very difficult to work with over an order I paid $43 for that never got delivered, but insulted me, saying it made no sense that I didn’t come up there and settle it in person, when I’m a busy mom who thought ordering online would be convenient. When I asked for the general manager’s information, he became avoidant. He was actually trying NOT to help me as hard as he could. He was talking to me like a thug would talk trash on the street or something…I thought I’d give Dominos a try on Valentine’s Day, after not ordering Dominos for a long time, but never will I spend my money with this company ever. I’m a high earning professional and single mother, who wasted nearly an hour trying to get some help with my order, and I feel like I should get paid for the time that was wasted!!!!

I Never got my order. I ordered at 4:39pm and waiting until 7p. I called and no one answered for about 10min finally someone answered ,and put me on hold for an additional 15min. Only to Come back and tell me they were canceling all the order and was closing in 8 mins. I told him I would just come pick it up and he told me I wasn’t made yet. Then I told him that online it said it was in QC awaiting pick up. Interesting how it went from ready to be picked up to not even made. SMH. This is unacceptable.

Generously giving food 2 stars because I would give basic frozen pizza and wings the same rating. Don’t know what is happening to chain places like this these days, but we ordered delivery this evening, waited a FULL 30 mins for the order to arrive. To our surprise, (and my disappointment) we receive a PLAIN cheese pizza instead of our simple, easily fulfilled request that we ordered (see receipt), and a sad portion of wings that are also what I would call *generously* toasted (others may say burnt). I did call the location because I cannot eat red sauce, and they asked me if I would like a remade pizza, to which I said yes, because this isn’t what I ordered. No apology. Remake arrived 25 mins later, and driver notified me that their MANAGER said our address is supposedly out of their delivery zone. We are 15 minutes from that store and it was suggested online when we ordered?? As someone who is also in food service industry, I hate even posting this, but some mistakes are so easily avoidable. Buyer beware.

We got food poisoning from here! To top it off I can’t get anyone to refund me or take my calls. This has to be the worst Dominos I’ve ever ordered from. I wish you could give 0 stars! Picked up pizza and wings for a work lunch. Even though I ordered well in advance on the app I still had to wait 30 minutes to get my order wish made me late for my meeting. They had 6 people behind the counter and at least 4 different people asked my name then never came back to tell me if my order was ready or not ♀️ Finally I had to stand at the counter and demand they finish my order to which they said oh here it it The pizza was cold, the chicken soggy and not completely cooked. I tried to call after to speak with a manager but never got anyone to pick up the phone. My advice is to pick another store if you do carry out because these guys are a mess.

Driving by and pulled in. Walked in and ordered. Maybe 8 – 10 minutes I was out the door with a hot, fresh, delicious pizza. Atmosphere was what you would expect from a pizza place, busy in back, people in and out with orders, friendly, yet business like. Steel and plastic, TV screens and LED lights. It is what it is.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! My son and I just ordered from Belknap location and our food looked like it was dragged from their location to my house!!! Half of the pizza was destroyed. Order was 23 and change which I paid with 20s and of course the driver only had $12 dollars so I paid 28 dollars for 1/2 of a trash pepperoni pizza. This place is trash!

Ordered A pizza online at 5:15pm at 6:30pm it stated it was being prepped.. I called them to ask what was the hold up, he stated they pushed my order back because they were understaffed. I asked if I can just pick it up and he said it would be ready in 15 min I got there 23 min later and they proceed to tell me they haven’t started the pizzas and it was pushed behind a 12 pizza order an would be at least 30 more minutes.. absolutely unacceptable and I will never order pizza from this location again disgusting behavior!!!

I ordered 3 large chicken pizzas with toppings but there was hardly any chicken on them, it was more like eating dough with tomato sauce.
Plus they got my address wrong, thank God the driver had the sense to call for confirmation.
