Ordered pizza for delivery today. First of all the delivery driver called me and ask me to come to the car and get my own which I paid a delivery charge and gave a two in the app. Secondly the pizza was almost burnt

I came to this location for a pickup order and asked for ranch and a drink separately. When I received my order, the sauce had been dropped directly on top of the box, and the interaction at the register felt very passive. I always try to be kind and respectful, so the tone of the exchange made me uncomfortable.

Be aware of this location. Don’t even know how many times I’ve ordered from this location and my order be cancelled. I mean it’s a joke at this point. Won’t order from this location again. Don’t see the point of this location being open. It’s got horrible reviews and the food usually sucks when you get it. True reflection of the employees and the work they put in there.

I waited 15 minutes after the order says it was complete to make sure I didn’t have to sit in their strange waiting area. Food was still not ready. Like they’re pushing the orders through the system without them being done.

I’m writing to express my frustration with a recent to-go order I placed about an hour and a half ago. The delivery never arrived, so I had to drive to the store myself to pick it up.
When I got there, not only was my pizza cold, but I had specifically asked for no garlic crust, and it still had garlic crust. On top of that, the staff was rude and gave me attitude instead of trying to fix the issue.
This experience was really disappointing. If you want to keep customers coming back, I suggest addressing both the delivery delays and how your staff treats customers. I hope you’ll take this seriously and make some improvements.

Placed my order to be done at 1:37 pm today my husband went to go pick it up waited and waited asked a couple of times at 2:25 after almost a full hour our order still wasnt done so we had to get a refund its sad that we had to wait this long get a refund and nothing in return but a wasted hour of our time. Im really upset i was craving some dominos but this one sucks!!!

Whoever made this pizza, did one hell of a job it was delicious, I ordered two medium pan pizzas three toppings extra cheese, with breaddots and a Alfredo bowl. This is only half the pictures I couldn’t wait and had to eat the other half, ❤️
