I ordered about 5 pizzas for a party to be made and ready by 5 pm. I got a call while I was at work at 3:50 pm. that they messed up my order and made all the pizzas, so I need to come get them. I had to get off work early and drive there to go get them just for the pizzas to not be made right. Normally, it’s not a big deal but on a 70 dollar order? Not only that, I didn’t get a discount or anything to make up for their mistake. They just didn’t care. Dont go to this dominos. Not worth the hassle

Last 2 orders have been messed up. Pay for one thing and get another. Both times my chicken Parmesan sandwich is not right has bacon and no marina sauce. My wings came NO SAUCE. I have the receipt it’s not what I paid for. This location is not consistent.

So we ordered a Supreme Pizza for delivery 6/10/21 and it took over an hour to get here… which would probably have been okay, but take a look at this absolutely unacceptable ‘Supreme Pizza that was delivered to us. Incredible that management allows this to go on. This isn’t the first time. There’s a reason this dump has over 2 dozen 2 star and below reviews in the last year alone.

They totally screwed up my $20 pizza by leaving off 95% of the toppings which wasn’t discovered till I got home with 3 pizzas where only 1 was edible and to feed 5 other people. and weren’t able to refund or deliver a replacement. I will have to drive back 20 miles to get the replacement!! The only option is for me have to go to the location, Order over the phone and wait on a pizza versus order it thru the app

Walked into the store to order and waited. The wait was short and food was great. The pasta I ordered was not made to order. I requested no onions and it came with onions. Thankfully the onion pieces were large enough to pick out. The food was hot and everything else was perfect. Customer service was great also. We hardly ever eat pizza but that may change!

This place has the potential to be decent but the employees need to be better managed. I walked in and ordered a medium pizza. I waited 5-7 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Everyone of the employees had headphones on and none of them acknowledged us. Once I ordered I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. We finally got someone’s attention 30 minutes later and found that they could not locate our pizza. If they paid more attention to the customer and their job than what’s playing on their headphones they could probably be decent.

I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience at the Domino’s located in Pittsburgh Texas 7568605 EPSI incorporated. As a frequent customer of this location, I have come to expect good customer service and quality food. However, my recent visit to this establishment left me highly disappointed.
Firstly, I experienced a huge lack of customer service from the staff. Despite being a loyal customer, I was treated rudely and with disrespect. When I called to report a mistake in my order, the person on the phone hung up on me mid-conversation, leaving me frustrated and angry.
Even more disappointing was the gross dishonesty I encountered from a manager at the establishment. After reporting the mistake in my order, I was promised that my order would be replaced. However, when I returned to the location at the arranged time, I was told by a different manager that they would not be able to replace my order. This lack of consistency and indecision is highly unprofessional, and made me feel like my patronage was not appreciated.
Overall, the experience left me highly dissatisfied and unsatisfied. The rudeness, dishonesty and lack of clear customer service has completely soured my opinion of this establishment. I do not recommend this location to anyone who expects good customer service and quality food at friendly prices.
