I used this location twice while out of town for a personal getaway. I never know what to expect at a new location because different franchises and even individual locations have their own standards and practices, but they made me a great pizza both times! Make sure you don’t phone order. I had to make my order over the phone because online shuts down earlier than hours. When I get ready to eat instead of garlic parm sauce it’s red sauce. Leaving voice-mail don’t count for their store even if it’s right after closing very detailed. You won’t get it fixed….

Terrible. They literally NEVER put the seasoning on the crust. And even when I’ve called them and told them I’ve ordered the seasonings they told me I can just bring the pizzas back and they will give me the seasonings. Like who wants to apply seasonings they ordered to a pizza afterwards

Ordered 5 pizzas on the way home from a ball game last night. Picked it up and then drove home. Found a hair in a slice last night, and just didn’t eat it, mistakes happen right. This morning my son opened another box that had been put in the fridge, and low and behold a black hair cooked into the pizza. So at this point I did what anyone would do I waited until you opened and called. Asked to speak to a manager and Chris got on the phone I told him I had ordered last night and found hair in multiple pizzas. He immediately asked why I didn’t call last night I stated that it was late we don’t live in commerce by the time we got home we were putting the kids to bed etc. I said I’m not looking to get my money back, but if I had hair in multiple pizzas others likely did too, but I didn’t appreciate him acting like I was lying and if he needed I would bring the piece that was found this morning to the store to see. At which point he was yelling and said I’m not going to do anything about this. Sorry you had hair in your food, and hung up. Again I was not expecting to get a refund. I was simply trying to let them know they have a problem and might need to look into this. We will definitely not be giving them another penny of ours! And if your ordering pizza from them, better Check for hair!
