Service is always wonderful, and food too….. so today I got something a little more personalized,,and he understood the assignment so well, that it was the best thin crust pizza and sandwich bread I have ever had. I know for a fact that whoever made that tonight, cooks at home,, chefs love. Really great crew…I really appreciate that. The whole spot is just a vibe of peace and healing. I am leaving a review to highlight the incredible customer service I experienced with this location. In short, I ordered carry out last night for six pizzas and some ranch dipping sauces. When I got home, one of the pizzas was wrong and the ranch dips were not in there. To be clear, this was on me. I should’ve checked my order before I left. It was a busy night for them with the national championship on, and it’d be easy to make a mistake. Regardless, I called when I got home, and I talked with Luke. He immediately owned the problem and offered me a refund for what was missing without hesitation. He had a willingness to want to help. I was blown away by the quality of customer service offered. I highly recommend this location, not only because of the good pizza but also because of the great customer service! Hats off to this Domino’s location.

I frequent this location and normally the service, food and attitude of the staff are good. Well, Bacilio chose otherwise. Stank attitude, curt and condescending tone. I had to drive BACK to the restaurant because the order was incorrect. In addition to his less than pleasant attitude, he decided to give me a dessert. One, what is a customer is allergic to chocolate or cinnamon and two, you don’t decide for the customer. A refund or credit should have been offered up front along with an apology. It was pulling teeth to get a credit.

This is my local Dominos, so I’ve been here a couple of times I love the new Parmesan stuffed crust and the staff has always been kind including the manager bossilo. He is always helpful when I have an issue with my order and is a always kind which is hard to find in fast food

One of the pizzas was burnt, which is no big deal. They said they would replace it and never came back. As long as your order is correct, I’m sure it is fine. But if they make a mistake, they are either unwilling or unable to fix it.
