I got stranded at the nearby motel, and so I had Domino’s about 3 days in a row. This is the best Domino’s that I’ve ever been to. I never had a long wait time, and the food was hot and perfection, no matter what I was ordering. They don’t skimp on the toppings, everything I tried was absolutely worth the money.

I ordered Domino’s from the Robert B. Cullum Blvd location in Dallas to be delivered to my elderly mother while I was stuck at work. The order was delivered to the wrong address. Mistakes happen, ut what followed was completely unacceptable.
When I called the store, the manager insisted the pizza had been delivered and then placed me on hold for over 20 minutes. No follow-up. No resolution. Just silence.
I called back from another phone, and instead of professionalism, I was met with laughter, games, and staff pretending they “couldn’t hear me.” This was not confusion, it was deliberate and disrespectful.
This is not funny. This is not harmless. You are dealing with real people, real families, and in this case, an elderly person relying on a meal delivery. When you mishandle orders and then mock customers trying to fix the issue, you are affecting people’s well-being.
I’ve NEVER experienced this level of incompetence and disregard from a Domino’s location. This store needs immediate management intervention, retraining, and accountability. If you value your time, your money, or basic human decency, avoid this location.

I wouldn’t even give this store a one star night shift is horrible Damian and Maria DO NOT take accountability for there crew at this point they let any one be a manager no professional no remorse none of that and the biggest reason is because of the location “the hood” I ordered 3 pizzas a salad and some cheesy bread for me and my daughters the salad dressing or the salad had an odd refrigerator taste like it had been sitting they forgot to put tomato sauce on ALL THREE PIZZAS and the cheesy bread was stale!!! The app said my ordered left the store to be delivered at 7:35 it did not arrive until 8:20 I called the same exact day but the “manager” wasn’t available to talk my children had to eat the pizza because I didn’t take anything out to cook!!! Regardless of the fact I wasn’t handled like a customer more like a nuisance because I was complaining about what I paid for!!! This is not the first time they messed up I order all the time sometimes is good sometimes it’s bad sometimes they barely cut the pizzas and just throw them in the box if you don’t want to work please don’t come ppl out here spending they hard earned money to recieve unsatisfactory service and food and all the manager told me was to leave a google review that’s some unorthodox stuff !!!! Love this location it’s my new local location especially since the young women I believe they had as Management there at the beginning I think it was her store possibly not sure, but she would make pizzas herself and they wouldn’t have sauce and be missing toppings on half the pizza and worse ..
But the thing she did and had employees do, was accept delivery orders on the phone and online and not have a delivery guy, or have just one single old man ( which he was the only delivery guy ) for a long time, and believe me, he let everyone know that and why your food was cold, late, or never even got there..
Now there is a different guy there and he makes great pizza and his team and they even invested in some new delivery vehicles.. and if that women is still there Dominoes you need to let her know something you lost a lot of customers and money on her…

Every time I order from dominoes orders never correct. They love giving dried out left over food. And they made me spend at least$22.The only reason I have 1 star is because I couldn’t put 0 stars. My order on 2/12 took over 1.5 hours to arrive even though the store is about 10 minutes from my home and the estimated delivery time was much shorter. When the order finally arrived, the food was cold and not fresh.

I placed an online order for my football team and the website stated the turnaround time would be 15–20 minutes for carry-out. I waited that long, but upon arrival I was told they couldn’t find my order. I had to go back and forth with giving them my phone number, my full name and show them my email address for them to say we are working on it now. Which leaves me bewildered because that’s not what was initially told to me when I first arrived.
When I parked and came inside to use the restroom, I was told it was out of order. Shortly after, another customer came in to place a walk-in order and was told their wait time would also be over an hour. The online system was never updated to reflect these delays. It was only after I suggested updating it that the idea was even considered.
Additionally, a drive-thru customer with an online order cancelled after learning about the extended wait. The employee I interacted with not only dismissed my request to use the restroom but also showed little concern for addressing these issues or offering any accommodations that might encourage customers to return.
The team was able to provide my pizzas and my players enjoyed them.
Overall, the lack of communication, care, and accountability left a very poor impression.
