Open to many of the major holidays, never had an order messed up once since 2018, awesome and friendly team that works the place and always got my pizza in 15 minutes or less. One of the greater dominos stores i have been in. Way better than the pizza hut nearby

I placed my order online at 7:05. At 7:29 I get a notification that Jason is on his way with my order. At 7:32 I get a notification that Jason has entered my neighborhood. I click on the tracker and notice the GPS shows my order is to be delivered at 7:38 but the icon is several blocks away. I watch the icon drive in circles and the return back to the Dominos location. The tracker changes and says order complete and to enjoy. I don’t have my order. I call the store and speak with the manager. He tells me it’s a computer problem and my order will be there within 5 minutes. My order that left the store at 7:32 and was supposed to arrive at 7:38 arrived at 7:51. Any guesses on whether it was hot?

Every time I’ve ordered from Domino’s in Kaufman I’ve had great service by happy employees. The order has always been right and I’m always impressed at how efficient and timely they are. The minute you walk in the door, they direct their attention to you to ensure you are or have been taken care of. Never once have I had a bad or even mediocre experience. Working in the hospitality and food/service industry is not always easy. They really do a great job. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I’ve been having lots of challenges getting logged into the app. which is quite frustrating, but that’s not directly related to this specific store.

I’ve ordered from here dozens of times over the years and it’s always been delicious. Over the phone service has always been respectful and prompt and no one has ever been rude to me. However if I had to make a complaint it’s that they never seem to give you what you want in the terms of quantity. Multiple times I’ve ordered extra or double of either cheese or other toppings and never have I actually gotten that. I’ve even gone so far as to order two pizzas one with normal cheese and double cheese and they both came with the same amount that includes my most recent order. Not a bad place, just make sure you check your pizza before you leave so your not getting ripped

We tried Dominos Kaufman for the 1st time in years today. We have been loyal Pizza Hut customers for years also. The Dominos App is WAY easier to operate, the time in which our food was prepared and actually ready was also SO much better than Pizza Hut. We will be back!

Upon delivery I received a completely different order and gave it back to the driver. Once the second driver delivered I was missing part of my order (bbq wings). I figured it must be an honest mistake. Third time around they delivered an incorrect item again. At this point I just gave up and moved on. I’m not sure if it was their incompetence or miscommunication or lack of staff. It shouldn’t have been a difficult task as they made it out to be. Won’t be ordering again.

With 5 staff members in the front 1 person in the back shouldn’t have to say help the customer, called order in, he never asked my name. I understand people with age have to work I’m no spring chicken, but urosotomy bags should be under the clothes not hanging out especially around food. Not a satisfactory visit.

The NEW Dominos in Kaufman TX is absolutely FABULOUS. We have been ordering from here for years and had terrible problems with our orders until recently. They have a New Manager, Taylor, and he is GREAT. He makes sure every pizza that leaves the store is WHAT you ordered, cooked to perfection, and delivered promptly. If there does happen to be a problem, he is more than willing to fix it or compensate you. What a difference from the previous employees that would hang up on you, every order was wrong. I am so happy we can get back to ordering our favorite pizzas without hassles.
