This is the 3rd time on a Sunday I’ve ordered the exact same 2 one topping pizza’s with EXTRA sauce and LIGHT cheese and once again the same exact 1 worker with glasses always ignores my request and makes whatever he chooses to make. Today is the last time I will ever order from Dominos Pizza thanks to that 1 worker in particular for taking my hard earned money and playing mix and match. On a positive note, the food is always made in a timely manner.

Ordered through the app. Was told it would take 40 before I left the house the tracker stated that it was still being prepared. When I get to the store it still wanted made. Some of the people that had been waiting been waiting for an hour. I asked for a refund and the lady had the nerve to tell me that the website said an hour or more. I told her that it said 40 min for me. It seemed like she had an issue with giving me my refund but the younger lady there was nice enough to give it to me. If I could I would give it 0 stars. The Red Oak location is way better.

Ordered online and was quoted 31-46 minute delivery time. Monitored order in ‘tracker’ and it entered ‘Quality Check’ at 1:55pm. After trying to call at 2:40pm and receiving no answer I drove up to the store and my food was sitting in one of the employees cars while they were inside. The employee said she was, “about to leave.” When asked how long my food had been in her car she wouldn’t answer and gave me an attitude when asked to cancel the order because I don’t want cold pizza.

I’ve even waited an extra 5 mins before I called to check on my order and all of a sudden can’t get anyone on the phone.not even to cancel the order.
