Online system sucks how bout an update txt or email. Call store on Saturday night of course your busy. But an hour behind and no auto response to say that you just payed $50 bucks and it’s going to 2hrs delay is unacceptable. But the real hilarious part is a call the location to see exactly what a pizza is and the young lady had the audacity to say we don’t respond to anyone that place an order online because we’re super busy. Duh, all I want is to know why in the hell am I dealing with an automated responder (AI) and it can’t give me a guesstimated update , that’s what I’m paying for (delivery charge).

Ordered online and kept getting an error message with the store number. Called the number. Hated the automated system, I had said for delivery and when I hung up it said “ready for pickup in 30 minutes” so I call And get ahold of a nice girl who changed it to delivery for me. Then after we hang up I get A call 15 minutes later from Domino’s off Helms Trail asking for money because my order was transferred. With my address, that was all the way across Forney and I asked him why they would be delivering to me. He runs my address and confirms that his store doesn’t deliver to me and says nevermind for payment that he’ll send it back. An hour and a half goes by and still no order. I call Ranch Rd Domino’s and tell another worker what’s happened. He said my order was picked up for delivery already. Then he said “actually hold on, I’m not sure how it happened but your order was voided and refunded. Im sorry about that.” Knowing this dude probably didn’t do it himself, I said thanks and hung up. No phone call or email that my order was voided. Ended up ordering Cici’s. Probably won’t chance it with this one again.

Placed order online then notice that 90 plus minutes for delivery I called 18 times until they answer the phone while I was driving from dallas to forney. I was serious 7 mins away when they finally answer the phone and told me that my order was barely going in to the oven. By this time it was already 45-50 min since I place the order. When I get there the parking lot is empty, I look inside the store and they have like 7 people, 3 of them just standing there. I call from the parking lot to see if they would answer and they just standing there. That’s horrible costumer service. I get inside and I’m guessing the manager was the only one that said hi to me. A heavy set girl walks to the counter to take care of me with the most unpleasant face expressions I have ever seen. No “please or thank you.” On her vocabulary. Like I was a area coach for Pizza Hut I know how costumer service should’ve been. They didn’t offer anything for my inconvenience, no credit or anything. Not even an apology.

We moved to the area a couple of months ago and order pizza on a pretty regular basis. 2 weeks ago we ordered garlic twists that came with no seasoning on them at all, it was just plain bread. The people there were extremly disappointed with the mistake, so fast forward to today. We got free garlic twists with our order but the attached pictures are the pizza we received. Covered in grease and raw. The drivers seem incredibly nice and they even sent us another pizza but 2 mistakes in a row. We will be getting pizza from other places from now on sorry.

I ordered my pizza online and went to pick it up. While I was waiting I witnessed one of the employees making a pizza with no gloves on and cross contaminated between the cheese and meats. Witnessing this I requested to have my pizzas remade with the employee handling it having gloves on. The employee I spoke with about it walked towards the back and started a different conversation with his fellow employee. Overall i’m highly disappointed and quite frankly disgusted. They offered me poor customer service and I wont be returning again.

The service at this Dominoes is HORRIBLE. They DONT like black people. They discriminate and the manager tonight was absolutely DISRESPECTFUL. I paid for a pizza I NEVER got. So if you black beware. How does management start yelling at ME because of their mistakes. We just got the worst pizzas! One had almost no cheese (it was supposed to be a regular pepperoni) and the veggie pizza had almost no toppings. The dough was spread so uneven that part of the pizza was crispy and part was doughy and undercooked. And to top it all off, it was cold. So disappointing!

My order is always correct and my pizza is always fresh but this Dominoes pizza is too tasteless … I always ask for extra sauce and i think i get extra but no flava… The Domino’s in Mesquite off Town east and Galloway make good pizza.

My pizza and the manger was very nice but these employees today were bein very disgusting. They were all on their dirty nasty phones no gloves making pizzas. It was a Caucasian girl rubbing her face picking bumps and making pizzas no gloves and a little young boy yawning on pizzas sleepy. I eat here every week but I believe today changed my mind. The manger had a hair net on his beard he was neat and nice about everything and told all his employees go wash yall hands when I walked out. It’s to much sickness for this type of behavior. Wear gloves and mask making peoples pizza please!!!!!

Customer Service was so horrible. Firstly, I tried using a free pizza coupon, but turns out, it is not actually free and is WAY more expensive than just buying the pizza, so I tried buying a pizza, and they kept transferring my call to different people and hung up on me 3 TIMES. Finally, someone was kind enough to take my order. This was my second and definitely my last time buying from here.
