Food was divine: fresh, incredibly flavorful, cooked perfectly.
Robert our waiter was the best. He gave great recommendations and brought two wine pairings complimentary to our meals. We felt very well taken care of.
We had the chicken liver pate and octopus for appetizers. Short Rib and Triple tail for entrees.
I had a special for appetizers, duck confit quesadillas and then the triple tail for my mains. Both were very delicious and amazing. The triple tail really blew me away with its preparation and perfectly cooked texture. Delicious fish if you’ve never tried it, highly recommended.
It started filling up as I was eating (off-season), but my food came out very quickly. Impressed by the kitchen timing.
All in all, there wasn’t a darned thing wrong with my food, service, or atmosphere while here. I would definitely recommend trying this place (doesn’t look like much from the outside, but inside it’s beautiful!), and I’ll be back more often in the future.
My husband and I enjoyed our most recent trip to A Table Apart. Everything from the mushroom appetizer with ten types of mushrooms to my husband’s Caesar salad with a generous piece of bacon was amazing. The only thing we will say is that the mushroom appetizer was a little too salty. I ordered the Roasted Portabella Montrachet salad with the roasted half chicken. The goat cheese and toasted pine nuts were amazing. My husband ordered the short rib which was very delicious. We enjoy this local gem and highly recommend.
