The only areas of improvement are:
1- be a bit more generous with the topings
2- have someone at front counter to greet the customers.
Besides that keep up the good work.
Walked in and the team seemed pretty clueless no verification on who is picking up the order. They just blindly hand stuff out.
I ordered a veggie pizza.
I came home and looked at my pizza and there was meat on it. Upon calling the location the manager did not give his name or anything he just said email me the pic and will see what I can do. I seriously question the cleanliness of this place and for Domino’s over all I would say the whole update bar is a lie because if they had made sure then there would be no cross contamination.
Ordered 3 pizzas over phone for $6.99 each pizza deal. Lady over phone said my total was $22.70 and I could pay at the store. Got to the store to pickup , I asked employee if I could have a garlic sauce , she gave me it. Once I got home I checked my bank and it said $27.25 , I was like oh my, $5 for a garlic sauce … I called up there and talked to employee, she says that they can’t do anything , that that’s what the computer says , basically like I’m lying or something . Kept saying there’s nothing she could do , very unprofessional, says she’s the manager , name : Asia . I pulled up to the store to show them the receipt and they just shoved the computer screen in my face first thing and said it wasn’t there problem to take it up with the call center , another women working was extremely rude and unprofessional, wasn’t even letting me talk to the manager . A guy ended up giving me $3 dollars back not even the full amount back. It’s not even about the money , it’s the principle. The fact they were arguing with me back and forth , you should never argue with a customer , especially if I have a receipt and I’m clearly being over charged , the manager I knew and she was saying she didn’t even charge me for the garlic butter and she put a 20% off on the order but why would it be $27 if I was told over the phone $22.70 and 3 pizzas for $6.99 is around $20 plus tax . She didn’t make sense . I always come to this dominos and spend a lot of money here . It’s just so disappointing they have employees that treat customers like this . If they ended up giving me half of my money that they owed me back , why couldn’t they just give the money back in the first place ??? Why sit and argue with a loyal customer ?? I asked the girls name and she wouldn’t give it , I took a photo of her and she put her fingers up posing being a smart Aleck. I couldn’t even enjoy my pizza I had to go all the way back to the store just because they couldn’t resolve the issue over the phone . This is unacceptable and something needs to be done !!!
Update: Thank you for the reply, to save us having to go through email, I would suggest you call Papa John’s right up the street and ask them how they were able to deliver a pizza within 30 minutes in the same rain that your shop was unwilling or unable to do.
