I ordered a new pizza spicy Chicken bacon ranch and this is what I got they never put the sauce in the top like the advertisement and the bacon is only in one part of the pizza and I called to the store and the lady didn’t know what they sell because she told me the sauce is in the bottom of the cheese and I never found the sauce and I called again and she only picked up my call but never talked, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Specifically requested Light sauce ! I can’t tell what type of sauce this is. Real soggy in the middle . Called store to relay details. A Christopher stated that he was the General Manager ? He stated that the ONLY way to possibly receive a refund was for next visit. I tried to explain that I was Not able to,return today. He was asked ,when was his next visit to the store,he stated that I could return the pizza,next year,next month or next week. So I questioned his response, which was very harsh and abrupt. When faced with questions, he decides that hanging up /disconnecting the line was the think to do. I called this location last night because Domino’s changed their website recently and I tried several times to place an order and I would submit the payment and it would crash at the end. I tried on wifi, and cell service, no dice. So I called the store and explained to them what was going on and that I couldn’t place my order. The girl that answered said “so what do you wanna do”, I explain that I would like to place my order as I have been trying to. She then said I cant give you the same price because that’s online pricing. So I asked to speak to the manager because the difference was a total of 13 dollars vs 25 on the phone. A man answered and I explained the situation to him as well, I told him I tried to place the order online but their website was not working and that it was not my fault so I did not understand why I couldn’t get that coupon. His response was “well it’s not my fault either, I dont control the internet” at which point I just said I’ll call corporate. This was extremely rude of a response, no symptoms or offers and yes it is Domino’s fault. Clearly they are having issues with the website updates. I go here once a week because my daughter’s live pizza. Will be little Caesars from now on. This service is terrible and I dont recommend spending any money here

Not only is the app super easy, but this specific Domino’s puts out great product. Things are rarely ever wrong, everything always tastes amazing, and it is always delivered quickly by polite drivers! Love this place! (The few times we have had some mix ups, they were quick to remedy the issues. And did more than necessary!!!)

Pacific veggie pizza went down the disposal after 2 bites. Nasty, barley any cheese and tons of sauce. Black olives, onions, a couple wilted pieces of basil or spinach, and a couple pieces of petrified feta. The Philly cheese steak we had last week was the best pizza ever.

We have ordered to put jalapeño, spinach, and mushroom but when we came back to pick it up there’s no jalapeño, instead they put onions when we didn’t mentioned onions so we came back to tell them about it and the worker have lied that the jalapeños are inside of the pizza and we even reassure him but they kept saying that the jalapeños are inside so when we got home, my dad ate one pizza and there’s absolutely no jalapeño on it, they don’t do what you ordered they do what they want to make. trash

First off the delivery driver was amazing. The food however was cold and we ordered, and paid for, double chicken on our pizza. Take a look at the picture I uploaded…does that look like double chicken to you? Its not even a regular order of chicken. The pizza was also warm at best. According to the tracker it sat for 20 min being quality checked before being sent out for delivery.
