Went in to order our pizzas. He didn’t even know their specials. We both told him what we wanted several times. My husband’s toppings were wrong. I wanted to pay extra for a stuff crust. Didn’t get a stuff crust but a pan pizza in a stuffed crust box. Next day I went in to visit about it and show pictures of the pizza. The guy argued with me and didn’t even try to work with me and no apology. Made me feel like I was wrong when they had messed up. Told me to have a nice day.

They made a pizza with literally no sauce on it and we asked for extra barbecue sauce. They delivered another one since we had delivery. They thought we were complaining that we just didn’t get enough extra sauce. No the pizza literally had no sauce just cheese and topping. Yuck. Im glad they made it right and redelivered it.

Online order app needs work. Would not let me review employees. I had to redo the order three times.and the app needs to be connected to the store for customers help when app is messing up. Dominos rewards need to be obtainable through call in orders.

This is one of two we have here in Enid, Oklahoma. I would recommend this Domino’s over any other!
I order almost weekly and have yet to be disappointed. Haven’t had a wrong order once in at least 2 yrs. (Unlike almost every other food joint or pizza place experience..)

The workers probably don’t have a manager working tonight on Labor Day, I ca me e to curb side pickup. I tipped the girl that came out with my food, after I made my order it asked me if I wanted 16 piece bread bites so I hit yes I also paid for Garlic dipping cups, because, the bread is real dry. They didn’t put my garlic cup in my order but I paid for it. I simply called, told a girl they forgot my garlic cup, she Hung up on me. I called back it rang and ranged, finally they picked up the phone and slammed it down. This store on Willow Rd in Enid Ok, has No respect for themselves, or the customers, this is why Resterants are getting shut down like Crazy out here in Enid Oklahoma. I’ll get a hold of corporate Tomorrow. It’s not even so much about them Not caring they ripped me off but I talked extremely nice, like a gentleman, and the Anger in this Dominos is Terrible

Went to the store on Willow. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. I was having an issue logging into my account, the gentleman help and found out I had a reward so I got my food for free. By far the best service I’ve had in so long and it was not because of the free food. He never lost his patience with me or acted annoyed.
