We have never had an issue with delivery to our house in the Duncan area, until tonight..we were told we live outside their delivery??? We have had order delivered as recent as 3 weeks ago. We are less than 7 miles.

I’m pretty upset with the order I literally just had delivered. THIS is an $8 order of Chicken Alfredo. Ordered pasta, not for the first time and the bottom of the container is not even covered, let alone an actual full order. It wasn’t even enough to fill up a 6 year old. Last time I ordered, it took me two meals to finish it off. This time, it looks like I’ll be ordering another meal from SOMEWHERE ELSE! Massive FAIL! I will NEVER order there again!

Great service, workers were nice, messed up the order but remade it with no issues and gave a free cheese bread for our time. But later that evening found out it had given us food poisoning. One of us actually had to go to the hospital. Overall don’t eat the food but if you want a friend go there. Another cool thing they have a spot for kids to watch them make the pizza.

I purchased a large pizza Thursday night around 10 o’clock. Then I purchased a soft drink 2 L Dr Pepper and a 20 ounce. I left the facility/restaurant and got all the way to Waurika Oklahoma to notice that the soda was flat. I went back to the Domino’s Pizza to return the soft drink like the sales personnel asked me to do when I come back to Dunkin. I got to Domino’s at 1:50 Saturday, April 12 to be meet and greet by a disrespectful manager horrible customer service. This gentleman should not be in charge of a dominoes pizza and tarnish their franchise name with his disrespectful attitude, his disrespectful comments, and his overall lack of knowledge of Customer service professionalism.

There are several pizza places in Duncan. We have ordered from all. However, the most consistent in taste of food and delivery time is Domino’s Pizza. The food is always delivered as quickly as possible and the deliverer has always been pleasant and helpful. Because of their consistency, we order from them at least twice a month. Since they are in their bigger place, food and service have even been better.
