As soon as I opened the door to pickup carryout order I hear an employee in the back say “yeah you better come inside.” Already paid before picking up, order was ready when got there early which I am okay with because I am in a rush to get home to hungry 18 month old and wife. I get home and we find our order not made with quality in mind. Before I took the pics I threw out a bunch of burnt pieces inside the stuffed cheesy bread box that were not even apart of the cheesy bread. As I go to wash my hands I smell Marijuana and I have a smoke free home. The cheesy bread was not cooked throughly nor was it cut at all. The pizza was burnt. Well done does not mean burnt. First time customer and last time customer. They clearly rushed my order and I only saw two other orders on the screen. And somehow the food was cold. Terrible customer service.

This Domino’s knows how to make a pie. My order has never been wrong. I’ve always got a great spread of toppings. I always use delivery otherwise I’d rate them higher. Worth my money. Thanks guys for the great pies. Yall are on my top 5 out here. Reliable and consistent. Try the Meatzza. Your welcome Friends

Ordered pizza at 1955. Tracker showed on its way at 2015. By 2045 it still hadn’t arrived so I called the restaurant where they unapologetically informed me that they were really busy and the pizza was still at the store. I asked if my pizza had just been sitting there for 30 mins and she assured me it had just come out of the oven. It finally gets here at 2110 and NONE of the pizzas are cut, they’re OBVIOUSLY old (sorry y’all, a heat lamp doesn’t hide over warmed cheese), no sauce on it, and it’s honestly inedible. Basically I ordered three pizzas to chuck in the trash. Awesome. I’m sorry Domino’s, but you quite literally have ONE job. And you unequivocally suck at it.

This is by far the best job I’ve ever had. Everyone working there was very kind to me and treated me like an actual person. I only put in my two-weeks-notice because my car was dying. The aesthetic of the interior is among the nicest I’ve ever seen in a fast-food chain. I loved the managers.

I ordered a chicken marinara sandwich and there was literally no chicken on my sandwich.

To be honest is a hit or miss Dominos when you order from there. I hate leaving a bad review on a restaurant or any kind of business for that matter, but when I order a chicken marinara sandwich, I expect to Have actual chicken on there

I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at Domino’s absolutely deserves recognition, specifically thanks to one employee who went above and beyond: Baylie Webb.
From the moment I walked in, Baylie carried herself with such professionalism, friendliness, and genuine warmth that it transformed a simple garlic bread bites order into something that felt personal and memorable. In a world where customer service can often feel rushed or transactional, Baylie stood out as the kind of team member every business dreams of having on their staff.
First Impressions:
Baylie greeted me right away with a welcoming smile and an upbeat, approachable energy. She made eye contact, addressed me politely, and somehow balanced efficiency with making me feel like my order actually mattered. I wasn’t just another ticket in the queue—I was treated as if my experience was her top priority. That simple act of acknowledgment set the tone for everything that followed.
Order Process:
When I placed my order, Baylie demonstrated absolute product knowledge. She answered questions without hesitation, walked me through options in a clear and friendly manner, and even gave helpful suggestions when I seemed unsure. What impressed me most was her ability to do this without being pushy. She struck the perfect balance between upselling and genuinely making sure I’d get the food I wanted.
For example, when I asked about different items, she didn’t just rattle them off mechanically—she explained the differences, gave her personal favorite, and highlighted what most customers enjoyed. That level of attentiveness made it easy for me to make a decision. She knew the menu inside and out, and it showed.
Communication and Efficiency:
Baylie spoke with confidence, patience, and clarity. Her tone was professional yet friendly, never rushed, never condescending. Our interaction felt like she had the time of day for me, which is a rare quality in fast-paced environments like Domino’s.
She keyed in my order accurately, double-checked it with me to make sure everything was correct, and gave me an estimated wait time that turned out to be exactly right. That kind of precision is no accident—it reflects someone who takes pride in her work and respects her customers’ time.
Professional Demeanor:
Baylie carries herself with a calm, composed presence that inspires confidence. You can tell she’s someone who not only understands the importance of customer service but also genuinely enjoys providing it. There’s a difference between doing a job because you have to and doing it because you care—and Baylie is firmly in the second category.
Even small details—her polite phrasing, her posture, the way she checked in with other team members without missing a beat—showed leadership qualities. Honestly, she handled herself like a manager already.
The Human Touch:
What really elevated this interaction was Baylie’s authenticity. She has that rare skill of making people feel seen. Whether it was the genuine smile, her kind words, or her ability to create an easygoing, pleasant vibe, I walked away with more than just garlic bread bites… I walked away with a positive memory. That’s the kind of impression people don’t forget, and it’s why I felt compelled to write this review.
Why She Deserves Recognition:
Employees like Baylie are the backbone of a successful brand. Food can be replicated by competitors, but service like this cannot. Baylie Webb is an asset to Domino’s, and I truly hope management recognizes her value. Her dedication, attention to detail, and natural people skills make her stand out not only as a great employee but as a potential future leader within the company.
To sum it up: If every Domino’s had a Baylie Webb, customer loyalty would be guaranteed for life. She turned what could have been an ordinary takeout order into a five-star experience worthy of a glowing review.
Thank you, Baylie, for setting the bar so high. You’ve officially raised my expectations of what Domino’s service should look like.

2nd time giving this location a shot, and tbh, maybe they need to go to purcell dominoes to learn how not to burn a pizza, first time they burnt 3, 2nd time after saying a specialty pizza to fix the 3 burnt pizzas, they just gave me a pepperoni pizza instead, and burnt the bacon pizza that I redeemed… knew I shoulda waited, my ol lady is the GM at the Purcell location, and she don’t send out that low of quality, smh…

When calling to ask for delivery, which we do often; I was told “we don’t deliver there, never have and shouldn’t ever go that far.” When explaining that it is a common delivery method, was offered no help and not able to speak to anyone in charge. Consistency needs to be added to the training process here.
