The original pizza was burnt, and when replacements were sent, both of those were also burnt. A couple of days later, I called only to inform the business of the issue (not to request a refund or additional food). During that call, I was asked to provide photo evidence by texting the personal phone number of an employee, which made me uncomfortable and felt unprofessional. The customer service during this interaction was also uncomfortable and felt accusatory rather than helpful. In addition, the cheese had a rubbery texture and the crust was very hard.
Just to be clear, sending photos was not the issue sending them to a personal phone of the shift lead in charge was the issue. Here’s the photo below:

Tbh I don’t know what I was expecting from a fast food pizza company but to my suprise the prices were fire, and the food was mediocre, however the service and people that had helped me was amazing had an absolute hoot while they helped take care of poor lil me, I believe the manager was named Gabe? And he was just so helpful and kind to me when I was struggling ordering on the app. BIG THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO WORKED THAT NIGHT MADE MY DAY 10x better

This place deserves no stars. The managers and workers are completely unprofessional and rude. I ordered two pizza’s to be delivered to my hotel. I never received it. When I called to see what happens they lied to our faces and said they drop it off. I ask the receptionist and manger of the hotel if anything was dropped of and they confirmed nothing was ever dropped off. The manager and worker of dominoes started arguing with me. Saying they delivered they delivered a pizza and there was nothing they could do. We argued back and forth for a refund til they agreed to remake the pizza. I even call the minute the app notified me it was delivered and saw nothing. When I call the first time they said it was still on the way and had not been delivered yet. Long and behold it never got here and resulted calling a second time and deal with a rude manager and delivery driver.

These guys work hard around the clock. We’re here once a week and I’ve never had an issue with my food or service. Just left on a Sunday afternoon and I could tell the young man at the drive through was busy but he still patiently helped me out and thanked me for coming in. I hope management appreciates the workers they do have because they’re far few and in between. Dominos for life

We love Dominos, but will not be back to this location. Our pizza was very greasy, and the manager was very rude when we tried to explain the experience. We ordered two large pizzas online and drove there, picking up the pizza at about 2:08pm. We had ordered a large Brooklyn MeatZZa and a large Brooklyn ExtravaganZZa. We had recently ordered the Brooklyn ExtravaganZZa at a different location in Van Buren, Arkansas and loved it. We have ordered Domino’s pizza for many years in Van Buren without any issues.
Today was different. After receiving the pizzas, we drove across town to visit family who lived about 15 to 20 minutes away. My wife drove while I had the pizzas in my lap. Before reaching our destination I noticed the boxes were leaking grease onto my shirt and shorts. I then set the pizzas on the floor until we arrived at our destination to visit family and watch a Razorback baseball game. We put the pizza on the counter and opened the box, realizing then how greasy it was. To document this, we took a picture of the pizzas (see attached) at 2:32pm, 24 minutes after we left the pizza place. We were not able to return the pizza at that time. I could tolerate only one piece due to the grease.
After leaving, we returned to the restaurant thinking the manager would want to know to fix the problem. We entered the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. My wife started to explain what happened to the manager and was interrupted with a rude response from the manager. We then interrupted him to let us finish explaining our experience. He at one point pointed at us and said he didn’t like our tone. He also commented that the pizza had left his store several hours before. I told him we had never had a pizza that greasy when ordering from the Van Buren location. His comment then was that they get their ingredients from the same place. He then said he wanted us out of his store. When we didn’t move right away, he said what did we expect to solve this. We said we’d like a refund. With attitude, he did gave us a refund.
We would have been ok with even a partial refund or credit towards a future order, but never expected to be treated with such disrespect. I have no idea how a pizza could end up that greasy. I’ve set pizza on my car seat many times before and have never had the grease leak out. I would have thanked the manager for the refund but not after his rude behavior. We just quietly walked out vowing to never return to this location.

If you like burnt pizzas then this location is the best option for you. They are too lazy to keep the dough trays in the cooler until needed. Consequently, the dough to too warm when it enters the ovens. Oh and they never adjust the oven temperature to match the demand or size of pizza. 3-years later and still producing burnt food.
