So, I can’t comment on other people’s problems I’ve not had any with this store. I use the app often. Today my son asked to go inside. We had nothing going on so I told him sure why not. As we went in I noticed a small stair case to the left. I had to go investigate, and very glad I did! It was a spot for children to stand and watch pizza get made! The man working on the other side did some dough for us! He rolled and stretched it and tossed it up in the air the kids absolutely loved this. Honestly, it very much help calm my unhappy son down which I am very great full for. I have been in a few different Domino’s but this is the first I’ve seen with this.

The pizza here is the same as any other dominoes. The customer service on the other hand is horrible. Seems to be every time I call the phone just rings and rings. So we will go to the location and do a pick up. When inside the phone is constantly ringing and nobody answers it. Yesterday I kept listening to the phone ring I told the cashier to go ahead and answer it. I assumed she would put the caller on hold and take my order, I was wrong she helped the delivery order and then helped me. Customer service is lacking. I understand being short handed but they need to do something here. The employees get short with each other and the phone just rings. Maybe have someone thats job is just to take orders???

Well I ordered on line. Mom’s pizza was what she ordered. Mine wasn’t what I ordered. I had to drive back up there to get my order nothing was discounted because of the inconvenience and was charged full price even when I used my on line coupon. So after my last encounter I’m not to sure I’ll be going back to this one.
