Let me start this by saying our delivery guy was great, BUT the manager Michael on the other hand was TERRIBLE. Hanging up on me and putting me on hold being rude. So Michael I will be talking with corporate in the morning.

Watched the pizza guy drive past my street on the map to go deliver downtown, then he drives all the way back to the store. I call them and the store says “yeah he’s picking up another delivery in your area and coming back” like okay so he’s gonna drive my food all over gods green earth, the other guy in my area gets hot pizza and mine is delivered cold. Sounds like a great idea BRO you drove past my street you could’ve dropped it off.

Ordered a pizza for pick up on Friday. Got back to my house and pizza had hair all over it. Took the pizza back, literally picked the hair off in front of them and they told me they didn’t see any hair on it. After arguing for several minutes they offered to remake the pizza but I insisted on a refund that they argued with even more. Got my refund but bad customer service all around. Will not be back to this location.

Order #128. Not only was the delivery driver rude both times in a week towards us over the phone, he also was lost BOTH times even though he had been here a week prior. Mind you we’re a business on a busy road and I left notes to help them. Also our food not only arrived late both times it also arrived overcooked and the lava cakes completely destroyed into pieces. We called to speak with a supervisor who also was a completely rude and nasty person stating there was nothing wrong worth our order and hung up during our conversation. She wanted us to bring the food up there that we had delivered bc we can’t leave work. We hesitantly ate what we could of our food bc we were hungry and couldn’t go anywhere else. The supervisor is lucky I couldn’t leave my salon bc I have a few choice words for someone that thinks they can treat ppl and talk to them how the want.

Customer service ruins everything… even the food. If I could give 0 stars man… 20 minutes on the other side of the windows waiting for an order I placed 30min ago… not even open the window to say hi or at least let me know the pizza will be late. Pizza hut needs to do better with these employees.

Good food but I was sitting in the drive thru for 10 mins before they even acknowledged me and then told me my pizza wasn’t ready yet 20 mins after the app notified me that it was. Not very friendly, crappy customer service.

Use this Dominos all the time. Tried something new today. Boneless chicken. They were given to me burnt. I drove through drive through again and handed. Them back and asked for them to be remade. Guy at window took them to someone else and she stated that’s how they came because they come with cheese and it burns. Wow. Refused to remake them.
