If I could 0 stars I would. I have two babies I need to feed. I’m staying at a hotel. I cannot leave these babies, one of them is autistic so taking them with me anywhere is not easy. I had a very decent $10 tip for my driver, all I ordered was a pizza and a salad. He called me saying the hotel refused to let them inside, I called the hotel front desk and they said that was not true they didn’t even bother to come inside so I told him sir I cannot come outside I have two babies I cannot leave them, so he said he was just going to leave with a rude attitude! This is why Pizza Hut is always better!! Now I have to wait another hour for my babies to get fed! Do not eat here!

Let me show you what I got, this air bubble no little to no extra sauce or cheese pizza. If anything they gave me extra dough. The pizza that had actually stuff in it was good but surprised at how little effort they put in.

Pizzas were over three hours late. Initial delivery guy gave up trying to find my house when delivering my pizza, never had this issue with the hundreds of deliveries I have received. He marked it as delivered after fifteen minutes, so I had no idea what its status was. I had to call the store three times to speak with an actual human, but I eventually got them to resend my pizzas.
I was told I would be receiving “new” pizzas. Pizzas were delivered in under fifteen minutes with a new receipt showing that they were freshly baked. When I opened the boxes it was clearly the original pizzas that were sitting for over three hours.
Will never order from here again.

Horrible service. Awful!! The gentleman who completed my sale was loud, rude, and sarcastic when I told him I had been waiting at the pickup window. I saw him inside laughing and talking with others. When I went inside of the location and inquired about why he ignored me at the window, he said he was busy cooking food. His hands were dirty, still from the food he was preparing. He never wiped his hands. Didn’t have on gloves. I sat at the drive thru pickup window for almost seven minutes. No acknowledgment. When I went inside, I was treated as an inconvenience. Customer service rating: 0.

Dominoes is dead to me. I’ve ordered from the mid-city location for many years & never had a problem. Moved & both of the locations near me now can’t get it right. The toppings are rarely correct. I pay over $20 for a pizza, huge bubbled dough with no toppings; this is supposed to be extra cheese; I have to cut it when I get home. Where’s the extra cheese? I’m just done. I mean, no fast food places can be counted on for quality anymore; I should know better. Bye, Dominoes.

I just got back with my pizzas and chicken habanero sandwich, light on the jalapeno peppers, and this is the worst sandwich I’ve gotten from dominos.
I suppose they confused light jalapeno with light chicken. There were exactly two small pieces of chicken on each half. As you can see it was COVERED in jalapeno peppers. Not ordering from that dominos again.
