I order through the app most of the time but every now and then we’ll pick it up through the window. The app is very easy to navigate. I always order two pizzas and sometimes a sandwich using the 2 or more for $6.99 coupon. When I go to checkout, I always get an offer for bread bite for $2.99 which I accept. Although I have it turned on to be notified when 2 mins away, I still leave number in the note section to be called when close by so that I can meet them out front. There was only like 2-3 times the driver did not call. Anytime I go pick up our food, the staff is always nice and friendly. Our food has always been hot and fresh and exactly what we had ordered. There was one time that we were given an extra pizza that we didn’t order; my husband took it when handed to him only because he didn’t know it wasn’t meant for us. I never have to wait long when being delivered and only have to wait about 10-15 mins when picking up.
Since I have an account with Dominions, I earn 10 points per order of $5 or more that I make online or from the app (not sure if earn any if call and place an order). Points are redeemable in different increments starting at 20 points. These points have helped to save money quite a few times already. I have used them to order pizzas and sandwiches in the past. Between using the coupon and redeeming point, I usually spend a little less that $35, including tip.

If you can’t pay people enough money to have them work and deliver.
Then just quit serving pizza.
An hour and a half for delivery is ridiculous when the place is ten minutes down the road. Yes, I could’ve went pick it up.But when the delivery time tells me 20 minutes.I’m cool with that.
And I tip ten dollars to get a pizza an hour and a half later.
Domino’s screwed me over too many times now , i’m out.

Where do I start! So my family and I placed a future order for 4:30pm. We ordered our usual pepperoni pizza and Brooklyn style extravaganza no black olives on oneside and the other side no Italian sausage. I looked up there current cov-19 policy, which said please where your mask if you come inside to pick up a carry out order. Well, my husband goes inside because the drive-thru lane had 3 cars in it. When he gets inside the only employee with their mask on is the employee taking orders on the phone. No cooks are wearing a mask, nor the ones cutting the pizzas. So why ask the customer to wear a mask when those fixing the pizza isn’t wearing a mask. Just wandering! We got the pizzas home. The Extravaganza pizza looked like they ran out of toppings. Very slim on all the toppings, so much that 2 slices just had cheese. The pepperoni pizza was half folded over and very unevenly cut. The taste were horrible. We want to support the local businesses in the area during this cov-19 time, but if this is the quality of food we will receive, no thank you. We will continue cooking and making our own meals at home.

Pizza took forever to get here with no updates. Driver arrives states there was an accident and hands us an ice cold inedible pizza. Thanks for the coupon for next time via email, but there won’t be a next time as now im spending more money on more food that’s hit and edible, and wasting my time having to get it after waiting an hour. At least the driver who delivered the cold nasty food was friendly.

I ordered a Brooklyn style pizza with pepperoni, sausage, & spinach (and hearty marinara as the sauce rather than the default robust tomato sauce).
It was SO hot and fresh when picked up.
I just want to say to whoever made my pizza… I love you.
I still daydream about that pizza. That phenomenal flavor…

I ordered around 12:54 pm for delivery and the guy told me it’s going to take around 15 to 25 minutes
45 minutes passed I didn’t get the pizza called them and they said the delivery time pushed back to 45 to an hour and they still waiting on driver to come back. I got the pizza at 2 pm and it’s absolutely cold. You can’t do that. Also it’s wrong order I ordered beef and mushrooms only on one side they put mushrooms on side and beef the other side. I called and complained but the manager only apologised and told me that he can send another one within 30 minutes. Wasted my time had to go out and get something to eat.

These guys are great and work hard. Be patient when they’re busy. Many times I’ve submitted an order right before close and they never fuss. They try hard to please and are good at what they do. That’s a rare quality these days. Good job guys (and gals). Much apprec.

I recently visited Domino’s located at 17278 Airline Hwy Ste A. Prairieville, La 70769. On 5/14/23 at 9:28pm (order #1443) I unfortunately had a highly disappointing experience. I feel compelled to share my concerns about the overall situation and professionalism of the establishment.

First and foremost, I was taken aback to see some of the staff members eating around the food preparation area. This practice is extremely unsanitary and raises serious concerns about the hygiene standards maintained at this Domino’s location. Food safety should always be a top priority, and witnessing such behavior was deeply unsettling.

Moreover, the lack of professionalism among the staff was evident throughout my visit. They appeared indifferent and disinterested in providing quality customer service. The overall atmosphere felt chaotic and unorganized, which further contributed to my dissatisfaction.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but it is crucial for management to address and rectify such issues promptly. I called a spoke with a manager but I felt she was not interested in hearing my complaint. Unfortunately, I did feel like she was going to even speak with the 2 guys I saw eating. One of the guys was eating some kind of food with a fork & drinking a drink right where the food is prepared, not washing his hands in between. The other guy was a little older and he was eating directly from the toppings, seeing this made me sick to my stomach. I wanted to puke. As a customer, I expect a higher level of quality.

While I have been a loyal customer of Domino’s in the past, this experience has left me deeply disappointed. I will not be going back and spending my money with them in the future. I hope that the management takes immediate steps to address the concerns raised here and improve the overall quality of service.

It is my sincere hope that this review serves as constructive feedback to help Domino’s enhance their operations and regain the trust of their customers.
