I’m not a fan of the pizzas here they are not good at all. I ask for extra cheese and it’s not on my pizza. I ordered 2 pizzas last night Brooklyn style crust and it was more like a thin crust. I’m used to a cheesy delicious pizza not a pizza with hardly and cheese on a dried out pizza with no sauce. The people that work there are very nice but not a fan of how they make their pizzas at this location.

Placed order at 7:41pm. Called 3 times due to order saying “quality check” at 7:54pm. When I called the first time, the girl said it was out for delivery at 8:23pm. I got a text saying “driver just left the store” at 8:25pm. Second call, a different girl told me that “They were short handed and it would be 10-15 more minutes because they were doubling deliveries.” That was at 8:37pm Third call, same girl as the second call said “Driver is on the way, we are short handed and the drivers are doing THREE deliveries at once.”

Not one of my favorite places for pizza but I believe it has nothing to do with them. Their service was great.My favorite on the menu is the cinnamon twists with the baked apples, omg the best ever. The staff is great it’s not their fault they are short staffed, they are working double harder and people want to be rude because they are doing the best they can with a few workers. If I have complaints about a place I go somewhere else! You guys are doing a great job!

First time ordering from Domino’s in Scott. Called them at 4:40pm, was told they may not deliver to my location (I’m literally 2.5 or 4 minutes away). After being on hold for 10 minutes, they took my order and told me it would be delivered in 30 minutes. After an hour I call to check on my order. Same guy said it’s on its way. 10 minutes later I get a phone call by the delivery driver double checking my address and said she was leaving the location!! I explained what I had said previously and she was very rude and said they were busy. Which is fine, but why tell me 30 minutes. Will not be ordering from here again.

Placed order approximately 3 p.m., quality check completed 3:22 p.m. At 3:44 p.m. called store and advised order still there. 3:56 finally left the store. Arrived approximately 4:15 almost 1 hr. after quality check completed. Order was barely warm and the driver extremely and unapologetic, just said she was the only driver. Not the first time the order was delayed in being delivered. Buy this is the LAST time I will place an order from this location.

I wish I could do a complete thumbs down. The quality of the food that comes out of this place is garbage. I order here 2 nights in a row. Both nights took close to an hour for delivery and I’m only 3 mins away at the Howard. The first night my lava cakes were burnt and the pasta was so overcooked and dried out to the point they were inedible, how do you burn lava cakes?! The second night I ordered a large thin crust and it was completely dried out. I’ve come to the conclusion food in Scott, Louisiana sucks. I’m from Alabama, if I ever come back to Louisiana I will steer clear of Scott.
