These people treated me, a super regular customer, like shit today. The employee said “that’s her” and manager replied, “oh, I know “ before turning to face me and wiggles her damn fingers at me to pass the box, but doesn’t seem to care about my concerns for a messed up pie! There were at least 3 issues with my pizza and the manager and her employee tag teamed me at the window until I was brought to tears. She constantly spoke over me and down played every VALID point I had. She was so mean to me and I questioned why she was being so damn rude and disrespectful to me. I don’t make the pizza. I ordered and paid for it. Mistakes are on the business side. I’m NEVER EVER going there again!!’ I’m goi g to spread the word in a google review and yelp as well. Is this what Corporate condones as service to the public? And the saddest thing is the amount of money that I’ve spent here already. If I knew they were prejudiced towards us like that, I’d have been happy to drive somewhere else! It’s been 400 years, but some people still don’t respect African Americans! Thank you, Dominos!

I am a college student who decided to stop by domino’s pizza for one of the deals they had going on. I was being helped by a woman with brown and blue highlights, I gave her my number for the rewards she said my number wasn’t in the system which was fine I told her I’ll just do th order on my phone she rolled her eyes and said whatever works. After I placed the order I go to the corner to pay she tells me to wait until she was done making the order to which I said okay. I go to the center when she calls my name, I pay and then she said your number still not showing your going to need to sign up for the rewards I politely told her I am sign up she began to roll her eyes at me then really loudly yell im just trying to help you if you don’t want the help there nothing I can do. I grab my stuff and went to sit down to which on the other side of the glass I hear her tell her employees I was so stupid and dumb, but her workers were telling her to claim down she was being nice to you. So I stand up to show I heard everything she proceeded to roll her eyes and not apologize.

The workers here are extremely kind and sufficient. I am honestly so impressed by the customer service of the workers that work here. This location is honestly the best that I have ever been to the service is always extremely fast and fresh!

The quality of the pizza was very good. The crust was done just right with alot of cheese and crunch to it. The wings was over sauce and had a crisp to them. My stuffed cheese bread was ok. Over all this will be my go to Domino’s.

Carryout Order:
I ordered a medium hand tossed pepperoni pizza; square cut. This one came out great, no issues. My kids thoroughly enjoyed it and ate the whole thing.
We also ordered a medium BBQ Chicken pizza… It came with no chicken. Didn’t realize it until I got it home. No big deal, called up and told them and they wanted me to bring the pizza back to confirm it was wrong. Okay… so the pizza gets brought back, confirm there’s no chicken, and we wait for a manager to approve that another one get made… Wait over 30 minutes only to get a pizza that looks worse than the first. But at least there’s chicken on it. Glad my kids enjoyed their pizza. That’s the only highlight for me at this Domino’s. I’ll try the one on Ambassador next time.

The Delivery driver confirmed that my pizza was delivered, but it wasn’t. He dropped my pizza off at an office that is closed. I called the store and the lady lied for him and said that he had a double and it was an accident that he pressed delivered. My pizza came to my door with pieces all over the place in cold. To top that off, I was missing a whole piece of my pizza. I called up there and the lady told me that I was lying and that there was no way that he could possibly take a piece of my pizza. The 2 images below showed how it came and once I try to put it together to see the missing piece
