Order food for the fam and this came to my door. Pan pizza looks like someone just threw it in the box crazy like. My loaded tots had sauce on em and I told them NO when I ordered on the app they DO NOT read orders properly. SLOW DOWN and Breathe, read the order cause you don’t no if someone could be allergic to a specific thing. I don’t pay with my hard earned money for this and they keep DOING This. 1/5 this is the WORST LOCATION on the WEST BANK. 🙁 smh

Great service! Ordered from my app, went pick up, drove home, opened the box and noticed they forgot to put pepperoni on my pizza. I wasnt tripping because people make mistakes. I called and the guy was very polite and apologetic and insisted on making it right. Had the right pizza delivered to me within 30 mins! Great service from delivery guy as well.

Tried ordering pizza last night the manger was very rude and saying horrible curse words to one of his employees really bad while on the phone trying to place an order very rude. He Didn’t know how to work the phones. He shouldn’t even be a manage or even employed by Dominos ‘s Pizza they said
2 1/2 hours before I would’ve got pizza. I said what about if I pick it up he said it would still be 2 1/2 hours he said call someone else if you want pizza delivered sooner I asked him several times for his name he would never answer it was none of business
He shouldn’t be a employed by Domino’s Pizza and I will make a complaint to Domingo’s corporate’s office my mother is in her 70’s and he was rude to her he thought he put the phone on hold but he didn’t I could hear him saying {I CAN’NT TAKE TALKING TO OLD PEOPLE ON THE PHONE}

I hope corporate takes some kind of action against him
To the manager I hope someone would talk to you are your mother the same way to talked to my mother
Also to the manager if you don’t like your job
You should quit and find something else

Amazing thin crust pizza, the hand tossed was delicious for those who liked thick loaded crust, the hot buffalo specialty chicken and the parmesan cheese garlic knots were amazing dipped in their respective sauces were spectacular! One Hot spicy buffalo sauce and two garlic sauce! The young man at the front counter with the register, that had braces, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My phone worked while I was standing by him. It was crazy! We had a wonderful evening with our feast! And didn’t break the bank, I had coupons that’s why i tried the parmesan cheese knots. They were soo good!!

I WISH I could give ZERO stars!!! This is absolutely the WORST dominos to order from!!!! There have been MANY times when my order has been completely screwed up!!! I went and asked for a refund and one woman gave me a store credit when the other one said I’d get my money back!!! I ordered the boneless chicken wings with NO bacon and what I was given was BURNT bacon and a drip of BBQ sauce! The “manager” is RUDE and should not work with the public when u don’t know how to speak to someone OR know how to read someone’s order!!!

Can anyone tell me what kind of wings we got?
Looks like ranch wings to me…YES?! NOT SUPPOSED TO BE!
When we called the store and confronted the store the rude lady on the phone said that’s how they are supposed to be. then hung up on us. IDK about y’all but I travel a lot and sometimes dominos is the easiest and best option. I typically have great or good experiences at dominos . as you can see with my 4 to 5 star reviews for other dominos in AMERICA!.
Here is my problem we ordered garlic parmesan wings and that is one of only 2 or 3 flavors that we ever order. I have never gotten ranch all over my wings and told that’s how we do it.
the cheesy bread again in comparison to other stores across America was just lacking. I always give fair assessments to all food establishments. I don’t ever expect Dominos to Wow my Palate I expect them to be CONSISTENT ACROSS AMERICA!!!

They are very rude , I order food from here I specifically ask for no green pepper and onion they still added it so when I called back they said oh I knew you was going to call us back like that’s so sad the delivery driver was screaming in my ally way of my house totally disrespectful!!!
