Every single time I order from this place the workers don’t put garlic butter on the crust of the pizza. This isn’t just when I order. Anytime my brother orders or my sister in law orders, it is the same exact thing. And sometimes they even refuse to put it on there when showing them it never came with it. This is sad! It literally does not take long to put it on there. We don’t even want to order from this location anymore. It’s just incompetence at this point!

Pizza didn’t have toppings on it. Sandwich looked like it had been drop kicked into next year and didn’t have hardly any chicken on it. Have had several orders that looked like there was no quality control. Called the store, employee gave me attitude and put me on ignore till I hung up. This place USE to be good, but they have gone downhill for awhile now. I will be calling corporate, this store needs to hire people who give a damn about how their food looks and customer service. Will not recommend this store.

Very Very Dissatisfied. We ordered online to monitor the process to get our order on time. We even decided to do carry out to get it hot and on time. While, this didn’t happen. The drive up was unbelievable, we waited 6 minutes then I called to ask why drive up wasn’t moving. There was only one car in front of us. I really didn’t want to go in because it was very cold and I had my children with me. After waiting 10 minutes, I went in. The gentlemen behind the counter with so rude. He didn’t offer any apologies. I will not ever go back to that location. After all of this, when I got home our order it was not even correct.
FYI, I don’t understand why Domino’s has the tracking information when the employees do not follow the protocol for getting the food out hot and correct. The employees should know that customers service secures the store staying open. Without good customer service the store can not stay open. I understand that people make mistakes but when the do not apologize for their mistakes is not the way to do business.

One star is generous for this place and only given because I can’t go lower. Two straight nights with orders. Two straight nights of terrible quality. Last night (07/16/21) we ordered two pizzas and Parmesan bread bites. One pizza was correct but the second pizza’s toppings were completely wrong and somehow the Parmesan bread bites were made as cinnamon bread bites. Tonight (07/17/21) was simple, Parmesan bread bites and lava cakes. Order showed quality check at 9:03 pm but it didn’t leave the store until 10:04 pm, as expected, the lava cakes were hard as hockey pucks and the bread bites were crunchy from the heat lamp. Delivery guy shrugged his shoulders and stated they were understaffed. I saw 10 people inside on the 16th when I went to have my order corrected. 35 minutes on hold about the order and no answer. Now I sit here in a drive thru line attempting to have it corrected. Don’t blame staffing, blame carelessness and lack of concern. We just started ordering from here and we will stop ordering from here just as quickly. Do yourself a favor and buy a frozen pizza because at least you’re getting what you paid for. 0 stars for quality.
