I ordered over a hundred dollars in pizza for my family gathering a while back and requested contactless delivery so I wouldn’t have to deal with a delivery guy. My parents were both home and listening for the door as I took care of my kiddos. We waited about an hour and I realized I had just missed their call. The driver says they came rang the doorbell, (which never happened) and then left. They apologized and said they’d try to get it out to us but would not give a timeline for re-delivery… I was pretty upset since I selected contactless delivery so they should’ve just left the pizza on the porch, and I had already tipped the guy 20% which is an amazing tip for a delivery driver… another 45 minutes later after seeing 2 delivery cars drive by, I called back wondering where my pizza was… turns out it was still at the store getting disgusting under a heat lamp. The 12 year old sounding kid that was supposedly running the place made some excuses, and after a few choice words, we both decided he better refund my order and keep the cold garbage food. It took 3 days for the refund to show up on my account information. I’ve managed pizza places in 2 different states with delivery areas way bigger than Chadron. You failed terribly. This location needs new staff.

Wow Dominos gave my food to someone else . Then when I called and threatened to dispute my credit card they returned the money but threatened me that all my future orders would be affected by this call. So in other words a pizza delivery place threatening a customer because they provide horrible service.

I know it’s a corporate policy. But you guys need to put more sauce on your hot wings. The Last 3 times I’ve gotten them from different stores here in the Midwest. They’ve only been lightly sauced. Please fix this, your wings are good when they’re properly sauced. But just OK when lightly sauced.

We needed to feed three hungry children while waiting for family to get new phones at the Verizon store next door. Dominoes was right there, had great customer service, fast and friendly, and had our pizza ready within 15 minutes. They even anticipated that we would need plates and lots of napkins without our even asking! The guy at the pick up window was just super. I wish I had his name so I could give him extra kudos. The pizza was hot and delicious. It was an all-around great experience.

Came here with a large group and ordered about 5 pizzas. All of the pizzas were made correctly except for the last one. We called the Domino’s and they made it up to us by giving us another pizza. If you are someone looking for vegan pizza, I would not recommend this place as the crust is not good at all. Overall, good experience and tasty food.

These guys run a tight ship. I rarely have ever had any issues, and the food is always made very quickly. I also NEVER have to worry about quality here as far as knowing things are clean and made with good hygiene standards, these guys are clean and professional. Definitely recommend Dominos over the other pizza places in Chadron for this reason. Also Jerik is like the most legit employee ever, he deserves a raise with how polite he is every time I’ve been in there when we show up with a big group.

Our order came out faster then what we were told. The pizza was hot and good! Loved the setup, but seemed like there was a bit of an over kill on the number of body’s behind the counter. One employee tried tossing a pie crust in the air to showcase his skills, needless to say, he needs more practice! Overall, we had an excellent experience and will definitely be going back. Welcome to town!!!
