I ordered pizza for delivery and I get this the pizza looked like it was preheated without fresh ingredients the cook was gorge so that’s what the app said he was cooking and getting it ready. Double check your pizza before you receive it.

About a couple of months ago I ordered a pizza. It was the 7 topping deal. I picked up the pizza and it had ham on it instead of Italian sausage. I called and they said they would replace it. I went to pickup the second pizza and it had jalapeño peppers on it. I didn’t order that either. I was called a liar didn’t get my original pizza that I ordered. The manager kept saying there was nothing he could do. I got upset with him and he asked me to leave the establishment.

There’s not a lot of places you can get so much deliciously savory food at a such a great price, but Domino’s can and has made that happen consistently without fail! On top of that, the food and service are Grade A+, and their speed is so fast that it should be illegal. I am so disappointed. I work overnights and I love that they are open late. I order ALOT. The food is usually pretty good & I have never complained but My last order on Sept 13 was AWFUL. I ordered a 1 topping pan pizza and it came with so much sauce I couldn’t eat it , no cheese at all, the crust was doughy and to top it off the box was sunken down smashing the pizza. I also ordered the new Cinnamon Bites (normally they are divine). They were hard, dry and tasteless! They had no yummy cinnamon stuff on them, I was so disappointed The only reason I gave the food a 2 was because my BBQ Chicken Bacon bites were good as always.

Asked for the pizza without all the extra added greasiness… It still came that way. The pizza also wasn’t cut into slices at all. The sandwich was extra greasy too, and barely had toppings.
Called, told them how the order was messed up, and the manager said she’d have it replaced and they’d need to pick back up the original order. The order was replaced, and the replacement was perfect.
The reason I’m giving this a low star rating is you shouldn’t have to go through such a hassle to get your order how you ordered it originally. Also, in the age where infection brought the world to it’s knees….I find it disturbing that instead of the customer just tossing the incorrect order in the trash (can show the delivery driver the proof of error) the store manager wants it to go back to the store.
They have zero idea the contaminants the pizza/food boxes were exposed to virus, pet, or otherwise. The return gets handled by the driver, put back into their delivery warming bag, and etc back to the store. Don’t know how confident you feel about how often anything is cleaned/sanitized during those steps. Looking at the delivery bag, I’d say not often.

Ordered online. Used the drive through to pick it up. Pie was ready when promised. Took it home and enjoyed with the spouse. We agreed it was one of the best pizzas we’ve ever had. NY-style crust was sensational. Toppings were plentiful. The perfect pizza.

Ordered a 2 topping pizza, beef & pepperoni…
What I got was a pepperoni pizza that had been in the warmer for at least 2 hours, with cold beef balls sprinkled on top. It tasted worse than it looked. I had cold cereal instead. Yuck.
