I like their pizza. I just don’t appreciate being on a banned address list and not being told why. I cant get any explanation. They used to deliver to me but now they say police has me a a no deliver list. Call police they don’t have anything about my address or any list. The store makes list per police department. All I want to know is why.

Ordered carry out, order was not correct. I tried calling back to the store MULTIPLE times and NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE! Very disappointing when you spend so much money on food and you don’t receive the correct order, and there is not a resolution to the situation!

Always nice staff… but usually they mess things up 1 out of every 4 times I order. Usually if you track your order, seems like they are making their run times better, probably for corporate or owner. Most times my order says it’s delivered before it gets to my house. Which it shouldn’t take 30 minutes… when I’m literally 2 minutes down the street. They might need to get their logistics together for more coordinated runs.
Food is generally very good. Pasta bowls are very good. Although wing size has decreased over the years. For the amount you pay vs what you get, I would probably stay away from their wings.
They always seem to have something going on for deals. Seems like the quality overall has gone up some.

Absolutely horrible. Placed order at 9:21pm and it came at 10:30 pm, pizza was cold when it arrived we had to reheat in the microwave. Missing drinks, sauces and even my wings?????? how do you even miss so many things? I will be speaking with corporate. I will definitely not be back at this dominos anymore.

I spent $50 on dinner for movie night. Order was completely wrong. Missing one pizza, and one was something we didn’t order. I called. They said they’d remake it and expedite and should take 20-25 min. Well over an hour passes and I have yet to receive anything. Not even a phone call. What the hell is going on Dominoes.

I ordered online and had been charged 6 dollars for 6 of those small Seasoning packets… actually 12 because 6 red pepper and 6 parmesuan. Its an outrageous price for such an easily attainable packet.

They messed up on our pizza we called and talk to the manager Jeremy! He apologized.. took accountability… and told us to call when we were ready to replace it. A couple days later we placed another order for carryout and called Jeremy to ask if he would just make the replacement and we would pick it up with the order we placed.
Jeremy not only replaced the pizza he went above and beyond and personally delivered the pizza for FREEEEE!!! Talk about great customer service.
Someone definitely needs to recognize him because his positive attitude and eagerness to make things right made our experience GREAT!
