I walked in and ordered a pizza on my way to work. The young woman that took my order was extremely chatty even though I explained I was running late. Then I overheard her tell her coworker,”I don’t care if food is pretty or not as long as it gets done.” My pizza looked like a small child made it. I won’t deal with the 1621 S. Absolutely the worst ordering experience bar none. I ordered on line for carry out later on in the afternoon and the order was made immediately with no option to cancel or change it. I called the call in order number and got routed to a call center, not the in town store. No one could help or fix the problem, definitely a huge communication barrier. They tried to connect me to the in town store three times, and each time the call ended with a hang up so absolutely nothing was resolved. I will never order from Domino’s in the future.
