Wow! From the moment I walked in to pick up my carry-out pizzas the staff were professional, welcoming, respectful, and hilarious! Not only did the pizzas taste fresh, delicious, and baked to my preferences, but I was entertained while paying with refreshing humor and kindness! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location for pizza! The toppings were fresh, the sauce was SUPER flavorful, and the temperature proved freshly baked pizzas had been prepared! The three persons I engaged with on June 2, 2025, around 6:55 P.M. were truly remarkable and an absolute blueprint model for how pizza greatness is achieved! Simply put – WOW! [Order: 1 Large Thin Pizza w/ beef and onion and 1 Large New York Style Pizza w/ pepperoni and spinach].

The pizza is always good but this place is mismanaged currently. It is my experience that they cannot handle rush times/weekends without over an hour of wait time (just for pickup). They are short staffed during these times, and the app continues taking orders and the tracker misinforms customers about how long it will take. This leads to frustrated customers who likely would not have placed the order if they had known the real time estimate. The first rule of hospitality is “underpromise, overdeliver,” but this place is doing the opposite. And if you call to check on the order no one picks up the phone because they are so busy, even if you just want to cancel/get a refund. It appears that management just makes excuses when customers complain saying it’s “just really busy” when this occurs rather than hiring more staff or giving accurate time estimates before orders are placed. I hope they can fix the service issues!

I ordered a pizza for delivery and after 2 hours of it not being delivered I called and asked if I could pick it up instead. The man on the phone said that they were busy and it was fine to pickup instead. I told him I will be there in 10 MINUTES. When I got there they had sent my pizza out for delivery and acted like I was crazy for coming to pick it up. When I finally got my pizza from the driver it was clearly 2 hours old.

Food is fine. Delivery almost always delayed (to be fair ordered during rush hours usually). Ordered 5 times here and 3 times they delivered wrong items or missing food. They fixed it after calling them by delivering the missing or corrected items but takes another hour. Wouldn’t be ordering here again.

I’m only going to review the delivery service. The food is exactly what you’d expect from Dominos and still quality, but delivery is absolute garbage at this location. Multiple times they have delivered it to the wrong address at my apartment complex. Essentially, you have to bait the drivers with cash tips to even hope to get your order correct and on time. The final straw was when they offered me a free pizza coupon because they delivered ice cold food 2 hours later than promised, and then imposed a $20 delivery limit on the next order, not including the “free” pizza. This essentially made the coupon worthless to me. The only way I could claim it is to buy more food on top of the coupon (no thanks), or drive there to pick it up myself, which eliminates the point of delivery pizza entirely. I’ve got no issues with Dominos, but this particular location is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Because of the service, I am no longer going to be ordering delivery at Dominos while I live here, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Good job alienating a lifelong customer.

Placed an order for delivery, app claimed order was delivered when it never arrived at my door. After calling the store worker claimed to be sending out driver to grab the pizza and lava cakes where it was originally delivered and have it delivered back to me. It has been an hour and a half, why would I want a cold/tainted pizza at this point? Poor service.

Absolutely horrible customer service !! Called the store because the app stopped working / posting updates and the customer representative literally said they were to busy to look up then status of our order and cannot keep taking phone calls . We said we were more than happy to come pick it up storefront instead of getting it delivered and the rep could not be bothered. Telling a customer their an inconvenience is inexcusable!

I came in today and ordered a large one topping pizza and the Nice man who took my order made sure that I got today’s deal, So I Only paid $7.99 for my pizza, We also had a nice conversation for a minute before another customer came in. I went to wait in the car with my teenager and my toddler While he was making it, and he brought it out to my car when it was finished. Just a super nice guy, And our pizza was finished insanely fast. We will definitely be coming back again.

I was very disappointed with this Domino’s location. My family purchased 3 different types of pizzas (1 stuff crust, and 2 flatbread). The flatbread tasted like cardboard (which I thought only Little Cesears had perfected. Good job Domino’s) and the vegetables toppings got my wife really sick. The cheese in the stuff crust was tasteless. I have never been disappointed with a stuff crusted pizza but Domino’s breaking new records all the time it seems. I honest regret eating here. It wont happen again and I sincerely pray for anyone who chooses to try twice at this location. You are braver than I ever will be.
