The pizzas were delivered on time. The pizzas were hot and fresh. The parmesan bites were great. The pepperoni and cheese pizzas were also good. We also ordered some wings, the nice thing is they were baked, not fried. The pizzas were really cheap, they were running a deal.

5 messed up orders in a row. Watched my carry out order fall off the conveyor since no one was watching and they had to remake the order. The next time I go in to pick up the order they had it out for delivery somewhere other than my house even though it was carryout. I called in to redeem a free pizza for the messed up delivery and they messed up the free pizza with the wrong toppings. They put another credit on the account and the next order they forgot toppings and the desert. And again tonight they got the wrong toppings on the pizza. Does this attached photo of the pizza look like extra sausage, half mushroom with extra cheese? I may have to drive into Olathe if they can’t get my orders right.

So put order in and it said it was getting prepped at 6:07 i was picking up too. I waited for over 40 mins for it. No credit was offered back for the long wait. Plus their was a girl in the back on the line making pizzas with a bandaid on her finger and no glove and she was sticking her hands in the toppings. Barf.
Plus if ur working the line doing toppings period u should be wearing gloves. So gross lost my appetite.

So, I’m not one to shy away from letting someone know when they did something amazing, or when its just meh. But this has been the best Domino’s I’ve ever ordered from-by far. (Not exaggerated). My family has been all over the US eating at Domino’s. -My hubby and I were in the military, so fast food was a staple on a weekly basis. We’ve had Domino’s in 9 different states across the US, and it’s been just ‘okay’ in a pinch.
We just moved to Gardner in September, and I am reviewing based on my first time ordering here from this store.
I would like to applaud Tyler and his team! Thanks for making AMAZING food, especially on a night I didn’t have the energy to make dinner.

Great 1 of a kind pizzas and very fast service. But the are very conservative on they’re cheesing and seems they do alot to not over top pizzas. Young crew and a little micro managing. Store manager is , let’s just say not a people person. All in all there are some secret gems sauces and items only they can provide the itch for. Lava cakes BBQ pizza is top notch. And typed cheese stick options are very good. Would have ranked higher if not for management and lack of smiles from workers. Killing the vibe a pizza shop should have when it’s a great product. Which it’s not but it’s cheap , fast and has a couple mmmhmmm gotta have every now and then items.

Domino’s improved Italian Sausage is excellent. The 2 for 5.99/e special is a great value. I ordered SPECIALTY CHICKEN – CRISPY BACON & TOMATO – AND – MEDIUM (12″) HAND TOSSED PIZZA with Italian Sausage, Mushrooms. It’s all hot & delicious. They use fresh mushrooms, not canned. The sauce is inviting. The cheese is just generous enough.

I ordered online which is really easy because I already have an account set up and it saves my delivery addresses. I could save my method of payment, too, but no point in crossing that line, imho.
Domino’s Order Tracker feature saved the day this time! I could see it was out for delivery when I realized the outer door was locked. I got out there JustInTime! The delivery professional was very nice about it – said it had only been about a minute wait (some people would NOT wait that long) and earned the good tip. Please always tip those drivers!
