I honestly thought Domino’s was the best pizza around but I have changed my mind and will never return to Domino’s again. The worst pizza I’ve ever had. There was no cheese, the sauce was horrible )it had a sweet taste). It was a big disappointment!and unfortunately,it was what me and my husband decided to have for valentine’s dinner.I usually told everyone how great Dominos was ,but like all the other pizza places,it went down hill.

I have never had such a bad experience here before today. I ordered the same thing I always order mind u I’ve made this order multiple time this year alone and paid at the window. Never had a problem before. But this time they flagged it as suspicious and canceled it. I get there and they tell me I don’t have a order placed. So now I have to wait even longer. I came from work and had to wait for almost 25 minutes a because of that i was a hour late getting home. It took me 20 minutes to get there then had to wait close to 30 minutes and drove another 15 minutes the rest of the way home. If I could give 0 stars I would.

$62 for 3 pizzas that were not good at all. The pepperoni was overcooked and the Supreme toppings were not cooked completely. It tasted doughy..little caesars is better.

A delivery driver left a pizza at our door that we didn’t order. I called to let them know it wasn’t ours and asked what I should do. They said to keep it and that they’d contact the people and let them know and replace it for them. I would’ve took it to the right address myself but they told me not to. About 20 min later my children and I were leaving and were jumped by a very angry couple and they even threatened to kill me and my daughter. I was pregnant during this and they women threatened to kill my unborn child too. All because I’m assuming the delivery driver told them that he took their pizza to my house. That was dangerous and we almost got killed over it. I had to file a police report. I will never get pizza from here again. Their actions nearly caused us our life.

So slow. I got carryout, stopped by the gas station on my way, and still had to sit outside for 30 mins. No wonder you got rid of 30 min delivery. You can’t pull off 45 min pickup. All for some overpriced slop.

I don’t eat out much anymore, I got this for my 3 year sober anniversary and it really bums me out that I have to waste time making a support ticket for a refund; instead of enjoying some cheap pizza. Big difference between cheap, and made by someone who’s trying to ruin the customers pizza so badly that it keeps people from coming back (so their shifts aren’t as busy, my best guess.)

Reliability fast and delicious! Drivers are always friendly and so are the staff in the store when we pick up at the drive through window. We love the handmade pan pizzas, oven baked sandwiches, spicy jalapeño pineapple chicken, and pastas – everything we’ve had over the years has been great!

This sounds petty I know but it was the principal of it. I ordered delivery and it came in a timely manner and was hot and delicious, but I paid cash and when I paid the driver left without offering my change. When I called customer service and made them aware the GM called me to understand the issue better. He even sent me vouchers for free pizza! I was gonna tip the guy anyway so it wasn’t about the money, it was just the principle of the matter and I wasn’t even looking for free food, all I was looking for was a learning experience for that driver. I haven’t had many experiences with this store but so far so good, even when there was an issue! The GM is awesome, wish I remembered his name

This store constantly undercooks pizzas and misses toppings. It has to be intentional. Disgusting and embarrassing. It really isn’t that hard to make a simple pizza and read a list of toppings. Deserves to be closed!!!! Literally started to order all the pizzas well done (worked a few times). Now, it is back to raw and missing toppings. You people don’t deserve to have jobs.

VERY BAD COSTOMER SERVICE literally lied abt delivery our food. When we can hear foots coming upstairs. No food. Showed attitude when getting called out and then remade our food made us wait 30 mins when the drive is less than 10 min away so I called again to just come get it. 11:30pm at night. Come up there and costumer SHAWN tried to throw the pizza in my face and saying we have a pizza theft at our apartments. Okay. Calling superviser tomorrow. This is sad.
