I placed a delivery order at 9pm 2/28 for the $9.99 byo pizza. The woman was being rude, rushing me and over talking me. I told her she was being rude and she continued with attitude.When she finally took my order she quoted a price of $16 and some change for delivery. 5 minutes later I get a call from a man stating that they had no delivery drivers in which I knew was bs. I told him that they didn’t close until 1am and that she would have stated that before taking my order. I called back to speak with a manager but got a different woman. I explained the situation, she said we do have a delivery driver and didn’t know why they told me that, she then took my order for the second time, put me on hold looking for a coupon and then hung up. I called back and another wo.an was rude and hung up before stating she didn’t see my order under my phone number but the man called my number to tell me that they didn’t have a driver. The whole night shift should be fired, no respect, just rude for no reason, UNACCEPTABLE‼️My mame is Mollie Ross and I will be up there tomorrow to speak with the GM. Also after reading the reviews let’s me know you all have done nothing to change your customer service. That night shift has no respect to for us customers. 2/28/2026

Music was so LOUD apon entry she didn’t even hear me. She (BF) was rude when she saw me and turned around to continue not to make 1 pizza but 5 more. I ordered online so it wasn’t like I placing a new order. I would t have anyway with her attitude.

This store is absolute trash, there is specific lady that works here who constantly has an attuide when calling to check on order due to so many issues when ordering. 3x I’ve had an issue with them saying they delivered my pizza and did not. she canceled my order and said she refunded the money hopefully that is true. I dont trust this store or how they conduct business crazy that the same lady changed her attitude as soon as I posted this review. Glad I recorded the call just in case I dont get my money back. Its the same lady always messing with my orders.

Absolutely the worst service ive ever had at any restaurant. ANY restaurant. Seriously, order pizza hut. There is a reason this place has 2.7 stars. I ordered a pizza and it was delayed 4 times to over an hour and 15 minutes. I was at the new Fowling place and the driver only called ONCE and didn’t wait nor even try to come inside to us. I left a note in the app where we were at. I called to find out what happened and the guy on the phone was unbelievably arrogant, belligerent and had no sense of customer service.

Placed an order last night at 9:30 p.m. said pizzas would be delivered by 10:49 p.m., I call back at 11:15.m. and inquired about my delivery, person on phone said there was no delivery person and my order was canceled. Question, it’s an unheard of to reach out to customer instead of wasting 2 hours of their time to tell them there was no option for delivery

I had not eaten Domino’s for years. Not really sure why…..Anyway, saw some deals and ordered recently. Then tonight ordered again. This is some of the best pizza I have had in a long time!!! Domino’s on Wornall, KCMO…..SOLID!!!!

I visited this Domino’s location on 10/21/2025. The lady working was extremely rude, very unpleasant, and just her whole persona was very disgusting. Anybody coming in could tell that she did not want to be there at all. She was extremely annoyed when I walked in the door and she was not even busy. I can see why this location goes through employees so fast very unfortunate that they can’t find a good help.

Didn’t receive the sauces I ordered, 4 sauces so about $4. Called and immediately got attitude about it saying I guess we could refund for $3 and then hung up on me. This is not the first time this has happened and I don’t make leave reviews much. Just don’t want to continue paying for things I don’t get.
