Got the cups right but got two 32 piece cinnamon bites not one and one parmesan bites…also when someone orders a thin crust it’s for it to be crispy, not soaking in cheese or burnt like a kettle chip. The lack of consistency is wild.

I got food on 2/22/25 the chicken was not that bad nor the soda. But the brownies were very burnt and the pasta too. I called and was on hold 20 minutes and the phone hung up. To top it all off I was on my lunch brake. And I did do a complaint. But this is 4 day’s later and nothing. I even still have the 2 items in ice box if they want them. I just want a refund. O almost forgot they didn’t leave my 2 dipping sauce.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I just ordered for the first time tonight, the food was cold, I got halfway through my tator tots and there hair on the bottom of my food! I’ve called 3 times now on the 4th call and they won’t answer the phone. I most definitely will not be ordering from here again, I want a refund! Can’t do that when they don’t answer the phone. Just ordered here for the first time. They just delivered the nastiest, messiest pizza I’ve probably ever seen. It wasn’t fully cooked, so the already flimsy excuse for a pizza slid around and all of its toppings just wound up compressed into a goop pile on one side of the box. I tried to call, but I was connected to a call center not within the United States. When she transferred me, the store just immediately disconnected. I guess if you’re into wasting your money, or if you’re in the mood for a low effort hunk of uncooked food, then this is the store to order from.

Ordered at 7:36 pm today (a Wednesday), took about an hour to get past the ‘prep’ status, 15 minutes for the ‘baking’ status. At 8:50 pm, our order was put in ‘Quality Check’ and we’re still waiting for it to be delivered at 10:50 pm. Called the store to cancel the order but no one answered for 30 minutes, so we gave up. Ordered McDonald’s and was here in 15 minutes. Would not recommend unless you’re planning to eat cold, burnt pizza the next day.
Edit: received at 11:20 pm. And the cheese is pretty hard and honestly, looks gross. Waited three hours for a pizza we cannot eat.

3 hrs. Cold pizza they do not answer the phone. Everyone in order it’s at least 1 1/3 hrs. Pay your people a better wage and may e they would show up.

The first time I ordered from this location, I ordered one hand tossed crust pizza and one stuffed crust pizza. It took almost 2 hours to be delivered, but I thought it was a weekend night and they were busy. The first pizza was dry and barely warm like it had been sitting out a while until it was delivered. The stuffed crust pizza was soggy and terrible.
Second time I ordered, I was giving it another try. I ordered at 9:32 pm. The tracker indicated the order being prepared 20 minutes later. It did not go into the oven until around 10:30, and then it wasn’t delivered until past midnight. I couldn’t report an issue because the web page kept giving me error messages, the store never picked up my calls when I called them several times. Loaded tots were salty and disappointing, pizza was dry AGAIN with barely any sauce or toppings, and the pasta was just alright.
Do not waste your money here.
