If I could give a zero I would. We live 25 miles from this store. My husband picked up the order on his way home. I ordered two pizzas a pan and the people’s special. The “pan” was hand tossed and raw. I called the store a very rude young man told me to bring the pizza back to the store. It is after 7pm and again we are 30 minutes from the store. The supposed “manager” said they weren’t replacing it tomorrow. I told him I wanted to know when someone over him would be there that I didn’t like his attitude he said he didn’t care if I liked him I stated he was very rude and he said I needed to take my pizza and go down the road and that I was banned. Extremely poor service and raw pizza. I do not recommend.

Not only did I save up enough points to get this large pizza for 5 bucks but it is also the prettiest pizza I’ve ever gotten ! To who ever made my pizza at 9:15 at night on 12/12 THANK YOU. The pizza was supposed to be NY style. It was cut very unevenly and looked overdone and does not appear to have the Xtra cheese I ordered. The buffalo chicken sandwich had very little chicken on it and the ciabatta bread was underdone.

I ordered pizza online. When the website indicated it was ready I drove around to the pickup window, gave the employee my name and he promptly returned with my order. The garlic knots were piping hot and amazingly good. This restaurant gets my order correct most of the time. Pizza is always hot and fresh when I pick it up. Good coupons online.

Pizzas have gotten worse every time we go. We keep thinking surely they have figured out the issues. This time, the ingredients were so sparse that I would have been embarrassed to let them leave my store. It’s bad when Little Caesars puts 3 times the toppings. That’s why we go there now.

This is the second time in a row my food has been handed out to someone else. The first time they refunded me for my inconvenience and remade my pizza without hesitation. The second time they offered to call the customers they gave it away to, to bring it back! DISGUSTING!! I asked them to remake it and I would be back. When I came back I asked for a refund and they declined since they remade my food. I had to drive around with my newborn baby and toddler crying while waiting for them to remake my food that I drive 20 mins to get then another 20 mins while I wait, then the drive home. I’m very disappointed in how this was handled by management. I realize I could’ve asked for a refund and not waited for the food but from my prior experience I didn’t think this would be a problem. What ever happened to customer service? Won’t be ordering again

Five stars for a pizza place! We get the same thing often, but they never have messed up our order. When we go to pick up our order or whether we have it delivered, the staff is always courteous and professional. I only gave it three stars on atmosphere, as I have never been inside lol.

I wish I could rate them lower. Terrible customer service, terrible food. An order that I was told would take 10 minutes was apparently forgotten about, and I received it 30 minutes later, being told they had forgotten. Skip this spot, definitely not worth it.

Food is good when it’s done right. Ordered food last night and the thin crust was mushy. The New York had more crispness.
