On Halloween at 6:30pm I ordered pizzas and pasta and bread bites. Paid for delivery, tipped like 10 bucks and my order never arrived. Sent my daughter up to the store 2 hours after I ordered because no one would pick up the phone. They told her it had just left the store. We waited another 2 hours and gave up. The tracker said order was completed 30 minutes after the order was put in. The next day the manager told me to hang on while she looked up my order. I held on the line for 1 hour and 12 minutes and finally hung up. Shewouldnt answer the phone after that. I called the corporate office, was told someone would look into it. We are nearly 3 weeks after and I’ve not heard a word. My rewards were never refunded and I will drive BFE before I order from that store again.

I really hate that this is the only place over here that delivers. Placed an order at 7:30 here in am at 10:30 still waiting on my pizza. Place a delivery order today Sun,1-18-26 at 4:02 pm and I had to call to check on it ; when it arrived 2 hrs later, the looked to be open with no receipt on top. Pizza was cold.Was scared to eat it so I trashed it. I called to complain they only offered a 10.00 credit. This is very POOR customer service. Had problems before but tried to give them a second chance.

Ordered online waited two hours went in person to pick up my food. Door was locked. Couldn’t talk to anyone waited 15 minutes. Found the delivery driver. He went in to check for me. Took another 15 minutes. left his car running loud music, comes to the front door and wave for me to go around to the drive-through. I go around to the drive-through. They didn’t know anything about my order, skinny black girl at drive-through tells me 15 minutes after she finally figures it out. Wait another 30 then I get back in line in the drive-through after I get tired of waiting AGAIN and was told that they sent my order off for delivery after I already told the skinny black girl I was there and waiting on my food. I get home and the delivery driver is sitting in my driveway blocking my driveway. I had to honk three times for him to finally move. He was too busy sparking a cigarette to move in a timely manner and with customers food In the car with him is diabolical. Horrible experience do not order food here. Please shut this location down no one who works there care about their job just fire them all.

Went to pick up my food. Handed the cashier a 50 dollar bill. He stated that they didn’t take 50’s. I let him know that there was no sign posted stating this, so how would the customer know. I asked to speak to the manager and posed the same question. He said that others would find out the same way I did. He also stated that no one accepts 50’s anymore. I let him know that I had never had a bill turned away, and at the very least to post a sign for better service for the customers. He said it wouldn’t make any difference. I asked so what if I didn’t have other bills, would I not be able to get my food??? He said that would be my problem to figure out.

By for the worst Domino’s ever. Do not order from there. From the quality of the food to the rude workers was unbelievable. Don’t waste your hard earned money at this place. Just go get a frozen pizza. We order 2 different types of knots and they look like gingerbread cookies. They were hard and un edible. The pizza we order look amazing but wasn’t done and we have to finish cooking it. After looking at it closer the pizza was wasn’t even all the way on the crust. Once we called about the order the manager was rude and told us that it would take 2 hours to get a new order when it didn’t take 2 hours for us to get the 1st order. After we told him we would just like a refund he was so rude. Told us he would just credit the account, we told him that’s not what we wanted and just credit our card back for the knots, he then got very loud with us and said ill just refund the whole thing. So we asked for confirmation number for the refund he then got loud with us again and told us that he couldn’t give us that and we would have to wait til Monday for the refund to clear.

I don’t know what happened to my pizza but whoever made it must have needed to taste it from two of my pieces. Such a disappointment. Hard earned money gone into someone else mouth. They had no communication amongst each other in the store since three employees came to the window to ask what I was waiting on when I had already paid and was told they were waiting on my garlic balls that they missed the mark on all together because they where plain and stuck together bread. I only gave two stars because the First Lady that took my payment and brought my order to the window was nice.

I normally don’t have an issue when I order from here. But as soon as I redeem my free pizza, I guess they have an issue because it’s free they knew when they cut my pizza. It didn’t look appropriate. I won’t order here again. The young lady at the window was pleasant. I showed her the pizza because I wasn’t happy with it and all she say was she didn’t cut it, it looks like a two-year-old cut this pizza. I can’t even serve my family properly.

I placed an order tonight. I literally live half a mile from the store but the my wife has the car seat in her car so I couldn’t carry out like I normally do. So I ordered delivery and the driver never showed up to my house. It’s been over 2 hours I’ve been on hold with the store for over 20 minutes and no one will answer the phone. Ive contacted customer support and was told someone would look intimidating it and email me. So I’m just beat out of my money right? Nah im gonna get my money back and then some tomorrow.
