Had an issue with my app saying my order was already dropped off to the hotel (as I love to get dominos while I travel for work). I called and they confirmed it was on the way (not their fault) super kind giving me an update confirming it was, in fact, not delivered yet. Great customer service experience on that point, that I can’t say for every place! Food arrived hot and amazing!

The staff was very friendly. This is one of the only locations I go to.
I placed my order online but it was a backorder due to them recg a large order right before mine. I thought the app was stuck because the status never changed so I went to the store anyway. After waiting for a while, they spoke to the person that placed the large order only to find out they order was placed also at another location. Which is absolutely absurd!!! Why wouldn’t you call to make sure the orig location didn’t receive the order instead of placing another order. I felt bad for them because they were working hard to prepare the order. I hope the customer came to get the food especially since it was paid for online.
I will be back certainly in the future.

HORRIBLE!! The employees are rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional to say the very least. This is all on top of giving incorrect ETA’s, delivering the wrong, completely messed up order!! I’d leave a negative amount of stars if I could. I have to end my negative review now before I make myself even angrier and have a stroke or coronary or something. Berkeley Dominos, do better! The soda did not seem very cold, that’s understandable. Don’t waste your money on that five cheese macaroni, you don’t get a whole entire container. And I would have never order delivery from this location if I knew they couldn’t muster up the energy to hit the button on the elevator and bring my food to me considering I gave a pretty good tip when I ordered it online. There was a reason that I gave a good tip, problem nowadays nobody wants to work for their tip, they just expect it lol. The food was mediocre. Next time I order from Domino’s I’m not going to waste my time ordering any of the other stuff they offer. The pizza is usually good I will say that, but I’m not too impressed with all that other jazz. Can’t believe I spent almost $40 on this! I feel jipped… SMH

Got pizza here for a work meeting when they first opened. I only ordered 5 pizzas. The lady who originally took my order had me rung up for 7 pizzas and my total was 52 dollars and change. When I came back in to grab my pizzas they tried telling me I owed more because they didnt charge me for a pizza. I told them I only ordered 5 pizzas. She voided my transaction and rang me up again and my total was more for less pizzas I originally paid for and I never received my refund on my card. It didnt help the whole time I was placing my order all the little girl did was complain about how her manager just left her, then when I come back in the manager is back and they aren’t communicating. She goes to print my receipt and I had to wait 10 minutes for the pile of receipts to stop printing all the old receipts from the days of not changing the receipt paper roll. Our business is right down the street and they just lost it all. Ill drive 30 min before coming here again to get scammed.

The closest location wasnt accepting online orders so I had to go to this location. 2nd closest. So i spent $100 for new years and i feel my order wasn’t cared for at all. I ordered a pizza with chicken 3 of them and the chicken was skeet af for all 3 of them. Chicken alfredo pizzas. I asked for shredded provolone but it taste like the shredded parmesan asiago instead. It was still good but would have been bomb as I expected. Then my 3 orders of mild hot wings were dry af. No sauce. I forgot to take a pic of the wings. Like how the wings end up so plain. I scooped a piece of chicken in the aluminum foil with a bit of the sauce that was there and it tasted good. That was the only taste I got of what it should have tasted like. I spent a lot of money for them to be careless with my order like that. Almost forgot, one of the bacon, sausage, and Pep pizzas wasnt cut at all.

Do not order here…they do not answer the phone so you can’t report issues…it took TWO and a HALF HOURS to deliver for 1 pizza and some wings!!!! It food is cold and they didn’t put the blue cheese in with the wings! If you want to eat now and you want what you paid for don’t bother! Go somewhere else!!!!
