Second time I’ve ordered online. They say the food is ready you arrive and that is when then just put it in the oven. Multiple other people waiting with me similar experience ordered online been waiting for over 30 after they said the food was ready. Order was still messed up wrong topping no drink. Took over an hour after it was supposed to be ready. Said they ran out of bell peppers. Honestly save yourself the time and just get a frozen pizza from Schnucks prob taste better too.

Very unprofessional management hung up on me after I asked for some kind of compensation for not receiving our food for over an hour after the app said it was out of the oven… not sure if it will ever arrive at this point or be safe to eat. Seems unusual to prepare food when the driver’s were short staffed and not ready to pick them up. Customers are left in the dark and it took ten minutes before they answered the phone. Seems upper management may have issues understanding their customers’ needs too.
Edit: Finally arrived after another 35 mins, cold and hard… and all the app will offer is a medium pizza or 20% next order? Sorry but I spent over $30 and was served old food and treated like crap, I deserve my hard earned money back to feed my son and I, what kind of restaurant is this? One that does not care about people.
Not to mention, the pepperoni and green peppers was supposed to have New York Style crust. But you can see how old the cheese is and the crust was hard as a rock…

Honestly dont know how this place is open but here i will show yall my cheeseless and sauceless crush that they out herbs on it… how can someone who makes pizza forget the main ingredients of pizza.

Y’all working mad hard today despite the heat not working. The pizza I just ordered and tore up was the best commercial pizza I had in a loonnng time. Y’all keep it up and I appreciate all y’all hard work. Make sure y’all get home safe in this cold weather! Will order again for real.

Ordered two pizzas today one for me the other for my sis since she called me and wanted pizza today because she lives in an assistant living and the food not so good sometimes so I order Dominos on south grand and when I got home one side was burnt and the other side it was ok but not really! ordered pick up. guy up front ignored me to make orders for ten minutes. my pizza was cold, oddly shaped, and barely cut (in the wrong number of pieces). yall make most other dominos’ bad service look 5 stars. thanks for nothing

I was treated very poorly in this store. I ordered curbside pickup because i was not feeling well and didn’t not want to enter the store out of concern for the employees and other customers. I was ignored for 15 minutes after getting to the store despite the “2 minute curbside guarantee ” the employees hit that they were coming out to the car within 30 seconds so I was left hanging and barred from the free pizza if it takes more than 2 minutes. Then I tried to call and was hung up on by the employees. Then when I entered the store to get my order I was not treated with any sense of urgency and was not apologized to at all. They didn’t even have my order ready and I had to wait another 5 minutes. Then when I got home I found the bread twists were raw (pictures). Actually all of the food was barely cooked. I called the store and spoke to Manager DJ who told me I had to bring the food back in and I could not receive a refund for my order. I would never recommend anyone order from this location again and if it truly is Dominos policy to not give refunds then I will never order from Dominos again and actively encourage everyone I know to not order Dominos again. **While I was there I also watched a pizza fall off the oven conveyor face down onto the floor, then an employee pick it up and put it into a box ready to give to a customer**

I bought a salad and Alfredo bowl. Bowl wasn’t cooked right salad had expired. Tried calling no luck everytime I would call to talk to a person it would disconnect. Their customer service line is of no help. Infact they need training. So I told him I’m was just going to let it pass through but if I really want to I could go to my gi Dr cause I have a bcir and it’s still making me sick.
