The ONLY reason they dont get a full 5 star, is that when you order stuffed bread, the ends are always nothing but bread. I understand that its a small thing, but come on, stuffed bread that has ingredients in the ends, would just be the perfect above and beyond feature, ya know? Seriously, otherwise, maybe that my pizza looks messed up sometimes, like this, but that’s about it.

I walked in to get my pizza for carry out and no one on the pizza line has gloves on, so I asked the girl at the Register is there a reason nobody has any gloves on back there and her response was oh not everybody has to wear gloves back here Definitely not very sanitary. I work in fast food and anyone that handles the food is supposed to have gloves on not sure what Domino’s has going on here.

So I just got off the phone with them.Telling them exactly what happened with me.And ordering a coupon pizza and then putting in my password.And then having to put in my password again with a new card, and somehow I just ended up with a Cheese Pizza. Yes, I should have double checked it, but it was the same total and everything, so I think I didn’t have to do anything else besides checkout. I called the store and this manager HOPE, told me yeah, the app messes up sometimes. I said, oh okay. Thinking there will be a follow up.This is how we can help you now. That was a big NO all I got. Didn’t like that when I called, seems it went to call center maybe instead of store even though I called what was a local number. I say this because when i said delivery, they first asked zip code asked my zip code. Why if I’m calling near my house. Then of the 2 pizzas we ordered, only was correct. What was supposed to be an Extravaganza only had pepperoni, black olives, also bacon and banana peppers(which wasn’t even supposed to be on it). So missing 3 meats and 2 veggies. We were so hungry and phone# seeming to not go directly to store, we ate it. Also the quality of the food wasn’t as good as it used to be.

Dominos better off replacing these kids that work here with robots. The pizza never looks good. The quality is always different. Many times, i ordered square cuts they send pie cuts, and it is not that hard to make a pizza if you can’t do it get a different job.

I just place and alway order cheesy bread. This foreigner is the one that placed order. The order was missed up, they gave me garlic bits instead of cheesy bread. So I called back and told them. They said they couldn’t do anything about it. Yes they could’ve replaced my bread or quit letting foreigners place orders. I’m giving them a 0 rating, for customer service.

I’m writing this while outside of this Domino’s, about to pick up yet another great pizza order. I am so bad about writing reviews when I know a business and a team of employees deserve it; finally, I’d like to share my experience with this Domino’s location and this great team of people.
A few weeks back, I stopped by for a pizza order for myself and my family, just a normal night. However, unbeknownst to me, half the town had decided to also order pizza that night; just of their own volition, it seemed. This Domino’s was slammed, with more orders on the screen then I had ever seen, a string of tickets as long as I am tall, and customers waiting as delay times were obviously longer than expected.
Maybe some of my fellow customers that night wrote less than stellar reviews based on that experience, but I saw the exact opposite: I saw an entire team of trained employees working absolutely as quickly and efficiently as they could. I saw the man at the counter taking orders with such poise and an uncommon bedside manner, even as he was apologizing for things out of his control. I saw the team in the back moving with an almost ballet-like conservation of movement and efficiency, churning out pizzas faster than ever, quickly and doggedly, but without complaint. It was the best I’d ever seen a pizza place function, bar none.
Since then, to say the least, this Domino’s has earned my business, and I’ve tried to patronize them exclusively at every opportunity. If you are trying to choose in this difficult market of multiple shops and restaurants and locations at your fingertips, let me be the random stranger that recommends this Domino’s to you. They did me right during trying times, they’ve kept up consistent quality, and I’ve never been disappointed. Well done, all of you who work together at this Domino’s. You’ve earned yourself a raving fan.
