So tonight I had ordered 10 pizzas from the Jacksonville, IL Dominos and let me tell you. They had 4 people working 3 of which I was told they were still fairly new, and 1 guy who knew the ropes! Them 4 kicked it and rocked out my 10 pizzas with several other orders on top of that. They kept calm, worked as a team, and did an amazing job! I give major props to that team tonight.

Dominos, you rarely let me down and on the rare occasion you do, you give me pizza replacement no questions asked. The staff were friendly, I wish I could remember their names (red hair and beard with ear plugs). The picture speaks for itself.. this is how you make a pizza!!!

Came in saying I had an order to pick up (it was for my dad) they couldn’t figure out that Nathan and Nathaniel were the same person at first (i gave the last name too and even that didnt help), being mildly disrespectful while searching for my order. The employee at the counter saw there were 4 20 Oz cokes on the ticket and said my dad was a “pig drinker”, he did NOT say big. I asked him to repeat himself and he once again called him a “pig drinker”, i then responded and he tried to back down and say he called him a big drinker not a pig drinker, really dude? I am thoroughly disappointed as I have always loved domino’s pizza but I will be reconsidering ordering ever again. And from a fellow customer service worker, you dont ever insult your customers or there family, come on man

Still terrible. I rarely go to Domino’s except when there’s a good deal. Previously, the pizza I ordered was wrong. I was given credit which was nice. However, The 50% off deal is what brought me in this time, hoping things had improved. They hadn’t.
There were 4 workers present, 1 outside sitting on the curb, another inside working and 2 just hanging out. They were looking at one of their phones. I waited just over 5 minutes. Then the person that was outside came in and asked me if I’d been helped. I appreciated him checking in but it’s absolutely ridiculous that I had to wait at all when there were 3 people doing nothing. Additionally, both pizzas were ice cold and the toppings one was sparse and haphazardly tossed on it. Visiting Domino’s once or twice a year is still too much for me.

Well things have gone down hill. Food is subpar and there’s consistent mistakes with my orders. However, the worse issue is the revolving door of substandard staff. Multiple times I would be sitting at the pick up window for 5 to 15 minutes without any acknowledgement. That’s not the worst of it though.
On two occasions, I submitted an order which was not showing any progress on the app. Both times when I went in to check on it, the reason for lack of progress was due to a staff member quitting and leaving on the spot with nonone else at the restaurant. A vendor was there the first time it happened and he said the same thing happened a couple weeks before then. Pizza Hut now gets our business.

I have to say, this Dominoes has really improved the past year. Ordered from them 4 times and no problems. While it still takes awhile to get my order at the pick up window, the food has improved. Keep up the good work.

I hardly ordered their pizza… but they do read my order carefully! I’m impressed. I had thin crust and it was very good! Glad I gave some tip at the drive-thru window. Easy on cheese and extra sauce… just exactly what my doctor ordered!

We ordered a hawian pizza for pick up. We took it home and it was an all meat pizza. We called them. They made us another ” hawian” pizza. Got it home they forgot the sauce and there was no pineapples. We ordered a salad and they sent us home with packets of salad dressing that was sticky and smelled rancid. We ordered garlic bread sticks and they poured so much garlic oily stuff on it that the box looked wet on the bottom!!! Worst most disappointing experience. I’ll be calling the health department on Monday

DO NOT ORDER… they are constantly understaffed leading to excuse after excuse for why the food either takes ages to come (cold because they’ll let it sit) or why they screwed up an order (could be just one pizza they’ll find a way to mess it up) they also never listen to instructions either.

I wouldn’t waste your time ordering from this Dominos, the manager is rude, they have excuse after excuse as to why every order is wrong, takes forever, or is cold… my last 3 orders have either been messed up, taken over 1.5 hours, or been cold by the time I get it. Just a joke of a pizza place, get Leo’s.
