Came in today 08-03-25 10:45am and was greeted and seated by the host that also checked up on us while dining. We placed our orders and our food came out fast and amazing, props to the fast kitchen staff!. Our server Katie was one of the best server I’ve had in my restaurant dining experience. Very fast paced and very attentive to her guest. We were in and out within 35minutes . Definitely the best dine in experience we’ve had at any restaurant!

Monday night I came into Denny’s to eat and I want to take the time to say customer service was very phenomenal. I have been to a lot of dennys restaurants and by far this is one of the most welcoming with the friendliest workers. I had a chance to talk to one of the managers …. ( Q ) and my experience with her alone will have me a forever customer here. Food was very tasty, I was recommended the salmon and it was delicious

We stopped here for breakfast as a first time in a Denny’s in a long time. Ericka, our server was very efficient and attentive, and kept coffee in our cups. Torrence, the manager, was helping the staff (a hands-on manager rather than hiding in an office). Although this restaurant could use an update, it was extremely clean, thus the 5 stars for atmosphere. If you like bananas, the Banana Cream Breakfast is the bomb! Come hungry.

I was not impress by this Dennys. Its been years since I was at a Dennys. My husband and I used to frequent Dennys many years ago. The food was good then. I didnt think this one did a good job. We waited quite a while to place our order and the place was not busy and then waited even longer on the food. It was nothing complicated just bacon, eggs and pancakes???? The waitress didnt impress anyone in my party either. We’ll try the one on South Lakeland next time. I was told it was better in ever way.

Horrible experience, stoped to eat with my son and friend, food quality and cooking skills apparently very different from South Florida location! Strawberry cream crêpes tasted different, let’s just say that, and ice cold which I suspect were sitting in the refrigerator. Guest service is very poor, honestly-that was the worst! Server never returned to the table and manager and other server, I assumed that because nobody there wears name tags, could not find the lady.I never got half of the food I ordered and never received even 1 refill for $4.29 cup of coffee. Very upset, it was very slow too only 1 table of 1 next to us who was sending her food back!! Manager didn’t know what to say. Definitely number one of the worst on the list!!

It’s been about a year the last time I went to Denny’s although this experience was much better than the experience I had the last time I went I still felt that it was not the greatest experience for one thing I didn’t realize that they stop giving spoons out so I had to stir my hot tea with my fork and the knife I didn’t use because it was sticky and not properly cleaned I had to ask the manager for my silverware because he was standing close by but he was very impersonal didn’t seem like he was very friendly or was appreciative of our being customers now as for the food my husband got his food as ordered and it was hot and very well cooked mine I received a taco salad it was a good salad don’t have much to complain about there and I order some pups which were also good I just didn’t feel that the atmosphere was very friendly almost as if they were just trying to get through their day but I had just come off of a double shift I had already gone through my day and I was hoping for a little bit of friendliness but I didn’t get it there will I go back I don’t know might be another year before I go back. Our waitress on the other hand was very friendly and very talkative and made up for the manager not being very conversational or very friendly.

Erica was our server she was very kind and professional. The hotel food was hot and delicious. Had a chance to chat with the Manager On Duty Torrance. He was kind and professional also.
What my family and I notice was that all the staff working with him seemed very happy and not stressed out like they enjoyed working with him. A good manager has a great positive impact on the staff working with them. So, let Erica the server and M.O.D. Torrance that they impressed our family of 4.
