Arrived at the drive through window, waited about 10 minutes before someone came to the window. She took my payment and had a pizza in her hand. Told her I had bread bites too, she says “they are right over there, just coming out of the oven” not even 5 minutes later at home, they are cold to the touch. Temped at 89 degrees. So where did my food come from if it wasnt coming from the oven and wasnt sitting under the heater where freshly made food sits? How much bacteria grows below 90 degrees? A lot.
Clearly these bread bites were cooked a while ago and sat in ambient temperatures, against food code regulations. Add to that by telling me they are just coming out of the oven and make me believe I am getting something not just freshly cooked, but freshly removed from the oven, only to find that they are not straight from the oven, not even freshly cooked.. in fact barely above room temperature?

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Was sitting inside waiting for 25 minutes after placing my order 30 minutes before that (total of 55 min waiting). All the workers were yelling at each other and got home and my order wasn’t even right. Pizza-Hut will have my order done within 15 minutes and it’s perfect every time. Ordered through door dash, got no notifications for over an hour, then all the notifications came at one time. Said my order got delivered, nothing did. Called the store, asked what was up with that. Got told that the way that door dash works, it’s still on the way, call back in 15 if still not there.
I waited another 20 mins, still not here. Called back. Got told to call back in 10 more mins if the food didn’t arrive. This is not a big town, and I was told that the driver had 3 orders when they left the store, and it’s taking them this long to deliver?

I’m a loyal Domino’s customer, having ordered through the mobile app many times and enjoying their pizzas in over 10 states. However, my recent experience at this location was disappointing. Despite ordering extra sauce and toppings, my pizza felt like bread with minimal toppings. I brought this to their attention, hoping they could improve their quality to meet the standard I’ve come to expect from Domino’s. They offered to remake my pizza, but unfortunately, I didn’t have time to wait. I hope they take my feedback seriously and make necessary improvements.

We went there and with the crazy snow lobby was closed but David was super kind and professional with us and he mentioned the lobby is closed and when we said we are truckers and we crossed the highways to get some wings and pizzas he didn’t say a word and kindly took our order and also I need to mention on that freezing snow day he was the only one working in the kitchen and there was the delivery driver I need an answer from the management what the heck is going on there you stay at warm house and send one employee to do all those work it’s a shame for you there definitely should be more than one employee I saw David running around taking orders from drive thru I genuinely felt bad for him I hope someone is responsible enough to reply here and give me a good reason for what they did

Have had other quality issues in the past but gave them another chance because of convenience….pizza was slightly overcooked but the garlic knots were so greasy that it went through the box and messed up my shirt. Definitely not going back now.

App said pizza was available for pick up at 5:00. Made it to the window at 5:10. Was told to pull around and wait they’ll bring it out in 8 min. 5:50 I went inside store to see if my order was ready yet. They “forgot” and handed me 2 cold pizzas and cold bread bites. This was 2nd attempt at trying this location. 5 months ago I waited 2 hours for cold food. Never again!

We have tried ordering pizza here a few times. Tonight ordered and it’d be done in 11 min per their tracker. My husband goes to get it and is informed it’ll be 30 min late. 45 min later we’re told it’ll be another 30 min. Sitting here when our pizza was estimated to be done at 6pm it’s 657 and yet another 30 min to wait. This isn’t the first time this has happened to us. We’ve had deliveries turn up 2 hours late. Go elsewhere. The mediocrity and unprofessionalism is not worth it. Next time we’ll spend the extra couple dollars and order from in town.

Our first time ordering there and we won’t be back! Both sandwiches had little meat on them. The pizza was suppose to be half cheese, half pepperoni. They gave us a full pepperoni. $40 order and the only thing they got right were the chocolate lava cakes.
