So extremely disappointed. I placed an order online, with this specific location picked from the app, and was told as the order was suppose to be delivered that we were outside of their delivery location. We watched the app and it said they were making it and checking it, the app even said it was out for delivery when the exact time they were going to “deliver” it they called and said it was never made…. Very frustrated with the way this was handled and no explanation. Also, don’t worry, they still took my money. $88.00 later (before the 20% tip I left) was charged to my card.

We ordered around 4:30pm and it’s currently 9:53 pm. They stopped answering our phone calls so we are on our way to get our refund for two pizzas that were over 4 hrs LATE.. but they couldn’t give us a refund… and he delivered to the wrong house. Yet only got a $20 credit?! This is the WORST customer service IN THE BOOKS.. Nobody should be supporting this kind of establishment who lacks basic communication.

I have been coming to this location for several years, and unfortunately, the food has slowly been getting worse, but at least it’s bearable. As for the employees/customer service at this location, there have only been 2 or 3 individuals that have gone above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our order, but took their time ensuring that the food was made properly. They didn’t half ass anything and made it as Domino’s corporate intended it to be.
In regards to my last 3 or 4 visits, I have encountered an issue with the Spicy Jalapeño-Pineapple Chicken. You will see in the photo I’m attaching how it has been every time I’ve received it over the previous visits as well as the most recent. They don’t seem to care that it is always short on the proper quantity, but also the proper quality. It just seems thrown together as if they didn’t give a crap.
I also ordered 2 additional Mango-habenero sauces on top of the ones that come with each order. Which, of course, I only received 2 of the four total that I was supposed to receive.
Once I arrived to pick up my order, the person that came to the drive thru pick up to guve us our food, was super quick to close the window ln and turned his back to walk away. I’m not ot trying to say not to go here, but I am warning of the possible mishaps you may encounter.

This is one of the most nastiest restaurants there is the management is terrible . Some of the employees are ignorant they refuse to replace my order after messing it up twice and when I called to speak with management, he was very rude disrespectful and even called me out of my name. This place needs to be shut down what happened to the respect and being proud of your job. This is ridiculous. I order from this place almost twice Three times a week and to be treated the way I was treating yesterday in order to get a refund or to even just get a new pizza made this place is very rude and nasty and disrespectful. It needs better management not children who just want to get out the house. The pizza had no sauce and excessive amount of cheese and maybe a small handful of ham and this was supposed to be a large pizza. I even save the pizza to take it back the next day and they still refuse to compensate me for a better option. I just don’t understand why is it that people who work in certain type of businesses seem to take it personally when an order of food is not correct or a return is needed for items that was no longer wanted it or just wanted to return I just don’t understand. Why are they taking it personally when that’s what a business is all about Especially as an employee.

They use to be my favorite dominos location to go to but they have fell off bad. This is the second time in reduced a burned pizza and pizza has air holes where clearly cheese did not cover the entire pizza one side of the pizza was not sauced. This just sad and I’m have to find me a new favorite location bc the quality here is not good at all. They only get a overall three star bc of my past experiences with them

First round brownies were raw and half of the pizza was upside down. Called and the manager said if we wanted it remade they needed the old food back and I told him I wasn’t eating raw food. Reworked order arrived after 30 minutes. Brownies were fine but the pizza was not cut all of the way and had puddles of sauce (we ordered light sauce). Definitely will not be ordering from here again because if the manager cannot get the order correct, how can you the workers to get it right?

This is our favorite Domino’s in the area. The pizza is always consistently very good! After staying away from Domino’s for many years, my husband and I decided to give it a try again. It is the best deal around! Oh, and no one else puts enough sauce on their pizza, but this location gets it right every time!

They marked my order as delivered 35 minutes before it actually got delivered and when I called, the first person hung up on me rudely. The “manager” I talked to said that’s just how they do it when they take multiple deliveries. Sounds like they fake times to make themselves look better.
