Terrible experience at Dominos Bethalto this evening. Showed up on time for my order and was asked to come back in 15 minutes, came back and was asked to pull back through because it wasn’t in the oven yet. I pulled back through and 10 minutes later I was asked to pull around again because it was still in the oven, meanwhile I’ve got an upset child with me. I understand that dinner times get busy but the pickup times should be adjusted accordingly. The staff was friendly and honest but I hope someone follows up with this because that was unacceptable.

I usually get pizza and they leave the bubbles in the crust. Pasta gets burned on the sides of the pan sometimes. Everything else is usually pretty good unless they burn the bread too. Depends on who is working and paying attention.

This is the worst set of fast food workers I have ever experienced in my life. No one over 17 working in the building. No real manager. 3 times of calling in and lied to every single time. Never actually ever got the pizza. Wondering if I will ever get a refund. And who knew trying to get a cheap suckie pizza would be such a terrible experience.

This Domino’s says that if you order extra on a item that they take away from the other items because they weigh the pizza and not the items…example…you order a meat pizza with extra onions and mushrooms they take away from the meat(less meat than normal) and yet I was told if normal amount is 3oz they give you 1-2oz of meat and 4oz of the extra…so do the math…you pay for a pizza with normal meat and extra veggies and you end up with a pizza with hardly any meat and ½ of the extra but still pay the same amount…if I’m paying for extra…put on EXTRA don’t take away from the other.

Horrible, horrible service. Needs new management. The first time it took three hours to deliver our order, I gave them grace, but tonight we tried again, about a month later. It’s been an hour, when delivery time said 30-40 minutes, and I called and was quoted another 25-30 minutes. When it happened the first time, I called after an hour and was told it would be cooked asap and delivered, and it took another almost hour and a half to to us.

Worst dominos ever. Don’t cut the pizzas if they ever show up they are riddled with bubbles and uncut. The wait is ridiculous they seem to think waiting three hours for pizza is normal. Only seems to get worse.
