This dominos is wonderful! They have amazing customer service and the food is always way better than any other dominos in this area. The app and online ordering is a straight up hassle and kicks me out a lot. They even call you to check in on any problems. I cannot give enough stars for the customer service. You guys at Elon location are wonderful;)

Arizona was a all-star employee today. We ordered around 50-60 pizza. She did state she was the only one working but she could handle it all. I said I could split the order and only give her about 25 pizza but she was very willing to get it all done in less than 2 hours. She also helped load the vehicle and was a great person to speak with. She deserves an award. Very caring, personable and willing to put in hard work.

We ordered 11 boxes of pizza for a pick-up time of 11:10 am for our daughters birthday party. My husband pulled in a 10:30 and the staff was already inside making the pizzas and even brought them out to my husbands car when they were all completed. They had the entire order ready at 10:45am and my husband was able to make it back home by 11am which was when the party started. Best customer service around and our favorite place to order from. Staff is always really nice and the food is always good! Thank you guys!

Tried calling to order delivery. We placed the order and our credit card was charged and then an hour later heard nothing/did not get the pizza. We called multiple times and no one answered the phone. Finally one of our friends got through and the call ended abruptly (whether he was hung up on or the call failed we don’t know). We called back the next day to try to get reimbursed and finally got hold of the manager. After a cordial conversation she either offered us cash or store credit. After asking if there’s anyone else we can call to get the credit card reimbursed she said that it was our fault for not trying to call back yesterday. When we re-explained that we did call she got mad at us. We asked if she was the manager (since she came off as rude and unprofessional) and she said she was. When we said we would take the cash she said she would put in a bag and block us from ever ordering again since we didn’t want to take the store credit. When we tried to explain that there was no reason for doing that she hung up on us. We got the cash but she was extremely unprofessional and made it seem like it was our fault for wanting money back on an order we never received.

I would leave negative stars if I could. If the actual owner reads these, you need an entire management revamp. The attitudes and rudeness at this store is unbelievable. These Google reviews literally all state the same thing… clearly something needs to be changed.

They gave me the wrong order. Got all the way home and had to go back. They MADE FUN OF ME.
Well, guess who has the last laugh, because I get a say in where a certain local college orders their food for special events. And I hear it’s a large part of their income.
Oh and the food I brought back? They doctored it up and stuck it in with another order. That is not only disgusting but against code so now I need to call the health dept too. I filmed it.
Papa John’s is not much farther and I don’t have to worry about getting the wrong order and THEN made fun of when I call them out on it.

the most rudest staff I’ve ever met and I came in with the upmost attitude ever so I don’t understand why me and my friends were treated in a rude manner . The lady took my order and went into the back with the other lady and were talking about us while giggling before making our pizza ( we’re the only one in the store btw ) . I’m scared the spat in our pie . This is disappointing because I’ve never had an issue here until now . Will not be coming back ever again and I will be calling corporate
