My girlfriend ordered the spinach and feta specialty pizza and it did not come with black olive, they added black olives. My gf is allergic to black olives. We called dominos and the guy on the phone was helpful and got the pizza remade. The delivery driver left the pizza by the mailbox and didn’t notify us even though there are clear delivery instructions on the receipt to bring it to our door and how to get to our door. The pizza sat outside all night because we assumed it was not coming. We will not be ordering from this dominos ever again. To the driver that held a personal vendetta about delivering a pizza twice thanks you made us stay up late and you ruined my whole night bud.

Been phenomenal to me darn near every time I’ve gone through pick up windows. I have tipped a $1 @ least to every in store employee they’ve been so fast with the good hot chow. Appreciate you guys wish like heck I could come back more often but diverticulitis has kept me from visiting one of mu favorite spots for a while. If you order on line apply coupons available always a stuffed crust cheddar blend medium is less than $15 as well as going through pick up window, I am usually able to pickup inside of 20 minutes, most times 10 minutes and hot too. Wish they would cut deeper and separate pieces completely but those blades gey dull quick and they can be tricky to roll all the way through w one cut if hot as haites fresh out of oven. Loaded w cheddar blend. I’m getting hungry right now thinking about it LOL!!!

After waiting an hour to get my pizza’s, I find out when I get home that one of the three pizza’s I ordered was right. I understand that they were slammed because of the $6.99 special that they were running, but come on. Two topping pizza’s can’t be that hard to get right. Needless to say I didn’t return them as I didn’t want to wait another hour to eat. Just saying, do better Domino’s.

I have not had domino’s in years. My wife has asked for some so I finally got it for her. The pizzas were not that bad but not that great either. Ordered the specialty pepperoni for the wife. She liked the crispy pepperoni but said it lacked cheese. Ordered the Extravagazza for me and one other. It had loads of toppings but just seemed to be missing something. There was one man on the phone having a hard time. Store seemed ok looking at it for cleanliness. Not one of the pizza places i would choose if I have other options. This is not an eat in restaurant.

No matter how many people are working, there is always an excuse as to why your pizza isn’t ready. Tonight after 1 hour they still handy started my pizza. The tracker app is useless because it shows someone is prepping your order even though they haven’t even started.

If you are going to be out of stock on items then you need to mark them out of stock for online ordering instead of having the customer pay for it to be told the whole order has to be canceled and then repay for a refund for the out of stock item. We really like there food. We ordered from them yesterday and the food was great. But tonight the food wasn’t good at all. Pizzas was burned and not cut through. And when we called we were hoping for fresh cooked food and NOT REHEATED as you can see our bites were not good. Very disappointed.

Slowest service in town. The order tracker is worthless, you show up ten minutes after the estimated time, and they tell you ten more minutes. The workers are all goofing off and laughing. I know it’s a hard industry, but my god they need some supervision at this store.
