Ordered a small hand tossed pizza and an order of knots at noon and it said the order would take 19-30 minutes. After an hour I called and sat on hold for 10 minutes before someone answered. I was told they opened late and there was an order in front of mine and once that was prepared mine would be made. I looked up the hours and it says they open at 10:30. An order shouldn’t even be able to be placed unless they are open. This is absolutely unacceptable! I will never order again!!

I am not one to write reviews , but i feel that I need to for my experience today. I had placed an online order at 530pm for pickup at 6pm. My order was two pizzas and a cheese bread. Once I got there I was standing in the lobby for over fifteen minutes waiting for any of the six workers to even acknowledge me. I was continually looked at by these workers, but never helped. I understand being busy working, but a few of them were just standing on their phones. Once a worker finally came up and helped me they then told me it will be another twenty minutes . Definitely unhappy with my experience tonight at this location.

I’m most definitely not one to write any negative reviews but because of my experience here I have decided to. I ordered a pizza at 5:30pm online, the website said it would be ready around 6:00pm. I went to pick it up around that time (like 5:55 ish), I waited at the front counter for a little over 10 minutes without anyone coming over or saying anything. There were 6 employees, some just standing around or on their phones, all avoiding eye contact. When I was eventually helped I was told that it would be another 20 minutes for my order. I am very disappointed at this costumer service. But the pizza was good so 2 stars

I did the 2 for $6.99 each thing. The BBQ chicken pizza had hardly any chicken on it even though I paid for extra. The pasta primavera was so small in the amount they gave that my son actually had to fix another dinner after he ate that. Really didn’t have much sauce on it either. And why am I paying a $4.25 delivery fee when the drivers use their own vehicle and not a company car?! Greedy much??!! Probably won’t order from this location again. Maybe Beaufort St will be better and I’ll just pick it up. The driver was awesome though so he got tipped well. Would’ve been more had it not been for the extra money spent that goes to the company and not the driver! Smh!

I’m torn between a great review and a really bad one, the few times I have picked up my order on the way home from work it has been very good. The first time I got it delivered they called and said they had to many 7:30pm orders so mine would be late. ( I pre ordered at 2:30 in the afternoon). I’m pretty sure mine should have taken priority, but I said ok and it arrived only 15 min past my scheduled time which I was ok with.

I used to order from this one regularly. For the last couple of times, quality has degraded. They kind of gave medium pizza in place of large, in a box of large one. It used to be my preferred pizza place, but not anymore.

Ordered a large all-pepperoni pizza for delivery from the Domino’s on Oakland Avenue in Bloomington Illinois. Opened the box to find about a third of it (see photo) was plain cheese, no pepperoni topping …. and that they cut it so off-center that I had to cut three of the pieces with my own kitchen scissors just so that my children could hold the slices. Oh and part of it was burned. I’ve never seen anything like this. When I called the store the manager got weirdly angry, started shouting, and then hung up. So that’s the last time I order from Domino’s.

They need to hire more people. Had to cancel my order. They had only 1 driver… on a FRIDAY NIGHT!!! Received the call that they were backed up…. after almost an hour after I ordered. Was told it would be ANOTHER hour after that. This is rhec2nd time this has happened in less than 2 months. Find a different pizza joint.
