YOU WILL WAIT. THEY WILL FORGET YOU ORDERED. Placed order in advance. Got there and my order was ready only it wasnt. Had to wait 30 minutes. Not only that. There were 2 other customers that came in they forgot as well. They offered no compensation for the error. No free food. No percentage off. Ill order elsewhere

I’m just here to let it be known I ordered 2 pizzas stuffed cheese and a pep pizza first one of my boxes were crushed I woke up periodically through the night with diarrhea and Vomiting! Idk if someone or something wasn’t cleaned! But I’m glad I got it and not my kids! I will not EVER be ordering from dominos company again. My kids are scared to eat the left overs because I’ve been sick all day those will be tossed that was a waste of $40+

Had multiple order issues – both our pizzas ended up getting remade, the second one after I got home and found that it was completely wrong. The manager was very contrite about it and mistakes happen, he made it right and threw in a freebie dessert to compensate for me having to come back to get the second pizza corrected.

In order to Pizza and 3 sandwiches last night. I received my Pizza in 2 sandwiches. Call them back. I told him they forgot one of my sandwiches did a reorder on my one sandwich and gotten empty box on my porch for the missing sandwich.

Purchased stuffed crust pizza and would never do it again. Not sure what that was but it’s not cheese. The doe wasn’t cooked all the way through and tried to note it on the website order but it wouldn’t work. The 2 subs were all bread with very little meat on them. 25.00 pus delivery, tax and tip. $34,00 and didn’t feel so good after eating 1 slice of pizza and small peice of the sub.

Domino’s is always a great deal, and this location is super consistent. The staff works hard, and I’ve never had a bad experience here. This time, I got a hand-tossed pizza with Italian sausage, diced tomatoes, Philly steak, spinach, pineapple, mushrooms, bacon, jalapeños, and ham with a garlic parmesan sauce instead of tomato. It was fantastic! The pizza is always good, cheap, and even better if you use their app for deals. Definitely one of my go-to spots for cheap chain pizza!

Food has always been consistent and quality. The customer experience had room to improve, and it has significantly in recent months. I used to get the “your oder is ready” message only to go in and find my pizza was not even out of the oven. That has not happened for some time now. I would rank this Domino’s as best value and service for pizza in the Quad Cities based on the quality and price of product.
