Update. Finally received a call back and made things right.

Never had this happen. Placed an order and received an email confirming the order and the price. When the charge posted to my bank it was higher than. The email confirmation. I called and spoke to the manager. She was quite short and said they can’t do anything regarding money. I would need to call corporate. Fine. I call corporate. On hold over 30 minutes. Explain the situation. They say that store is a franchise so she would have to put a ticket to the owner of the franchise and they would contact me. Still waiting. No idea how you can send a confirmation for one amount and then pull a higher amount out of my account.

Ordered food 11:45 on App.
Order was charged.
Pulled in lot 3 mins til midnight.
Then get notification my order is canceled and to call store with any questions
Called..walked to door..locked
Employee answer phone say closed..your order is canceled.
Gotta wait 3 to 5 business days for money to be returned?
Crazy…had me drive there for nothing.
APP could have just said closed, no longer taking orders for the night

The driver asked for payment, despite ordering on-line. Then we were shorted a pizza. After waiting another 40 minutes the pizza arrived cold and stuck to the box. Now If I call they pick up and hang up. I have not been able to speak to anyone. Very disappointed.

Pizza edges were burned to a black crisp. No receipt was delivered with the order. The manager hung up on me twice and basically told me she wasn’t going to attempt to remedy any of the issues.

David assistant manager was very helpful and understanding. I had issues with another location and David helped to resolve all issues, listened effectively, took charge, reassuring voice, and ensured that my new order was complete and as requested. I thought he was a manager the way he handled everything. Two thumbs up for David!! We need more people like him!!

Have ordered from this location multiple times with absolutely no issues. Carryout, Delivery, Curbside. No issues and great customer service. Took advantage of the 6.99 deal and splurged on a deluxe. No issues with the one topping deal pizzas but the deluxe was Mushy, the toppings fell off as you lifted up the slice and it was soggy and raw. I called and the manager said since it was a pan pizza it’s like a deep dish and should be pushed further back? Before I could say anything else she said all she could do was give us a credit for the 11.00. I said that was that would be fine and she hung up on me. I did atleast 3 star due to a major or our order being fine. However, customer service could use some improvement.

This location can’t accept anything more than 20 dollar bills when paying in cash for pick up. We had a $50+ order and wanted to pay with a $100 and the cashier refused anything higher than 20’s.

When you order for delivery, make you sure have marinara sauce before they drive away. This makes it the 3rd time in a row where we ordered 2 sauces and they are not delivered. This time I made sure to ask and Trevor the driver stated they were in the bag yet they weren’t in the bag. This time I called the store and first got hung up because I was “rude” then I called back and spoke with “who ever” in charge. Sounded like a 22 year old, stated I didn’t order but I’m looking at my receipt and she stated “I don’t see what the problem is” Must be stupid, for not seeing the issue. Will not order from here again. Not work another $44 spent.

Delivery driver marked our order as delivered. Called in and was told he tried to get a hold of us and we didn’t respond, by the manager. He pulled in while I was on the phone with the manager and admitted to lying. Will be the absolute time I order from this store again. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

FYI: Justin (driver) is the absolute GOAT. Amazing person, will miss you my man!

We use to order from this store 1-3 times a week. Recently, whoever is running the night shift, does not do a good job. The pizza is either the best we ever had, or it’s the worst. Last time we ordered, everything about the order was messed up, everything! We had to throw it away since it was in-editable.

When I called to get my money back, they said they would only give me store credit until I said I would just do a charge back against the bank. I got my order canceled after that. It was time to speak with my wallet and I haven’t ordered from here since then. I plan on waiting 6 months before I come back to see if anythings changed. I never had an issue with the morning team, this in purely a night shift issue.

All the delivery drivers have been awesome (5 star service). 0 issues with them. All the “food” was there even if it was incorrect (like we got a pizza if we ordered a pizza, even if it was prepared incorrectly).
