If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. Ordered 2 pizzas and they made one of the wrong. I called the store to make them aware of the mistake and it took them 12 minutes to answer the phone. Then they said they would give me a credit toward my next purchase, just call the store and they will take care of it.

I called and explained the situation and it turned out I entered the wrong address. The staff resent me a new order free of charge and were so nice about the mistake. Thank you 🙂

I have had it wit Dumbinos I ordered a pizza, 3 sandwiches, and an order of parmesan knots and when I received my confirmation text to check in and pick up my order I had to wait inside because they could not find my order that was on the shelf so I had to wait for an extra 10 minutes finally I was given my food after I pointed out that it was there and after I got home the pizza was cut all wrong I had 3baby slices with some very big slices, the sandwiches had physically no meat and I sent a message and never heard back from them. They can check the video and see me on camera but nothing has been done to correct my _40 mistake. Buy at your own risk. I say go to JETS Pizza much better overall

I placed an online order several days in advance of my daughters 5th birthday party and received a confirmation email for my order. On the day of my daughters party, I arrived 5 minutes after the previously scheduled pickup time and was told that they had “voided my order”. There was no explanation of why my order was voided, and I received no communications stating my order had been voided. To resolve the issue I placed an order with another pizza place closer to my daughters birthday venue, but we were made significantly later than planned to a very special day by this Domino’s location’s ineptitude. I will avoid online orders at this location.

I tried to place a phone order for a large pizza 3 toppings for $7.99. The guy on the phone yesterday afternoon refused to let me do half pep, jalapeños, and mushrooms and the other half pep, sausage, and bacon. I hung up and placed the order online. They went stingy on the toppings because of that. I don’t mind driving a little further to the one on the west side where I’m used to going.

Kyle was my delivery driver and was asked to deliver it to my apartment door and instead left it outside. When I called and said my food wasn’t delivered Kyle had an attitude and lied to the manager saying he knocked on my unit door and put it in front and said I was lying which obviously wasn’t the case.

I got 2 large pizza and 2 toppings on each with cheese bread it was Deal I got in email 23$ and I pick it up so no delivery charges with tax they charge me 26$ I was ok but I checked later on my credit card statement instead of 26$ they charged me 56$ And I was shocked than I call them and waited on phone also then drivie to the place to get money back they pay me 30$ back so much inconvenience can’t trust
