First time ordering from a Domino’s. I ordered three pizzas: 1. Pepperoni, Sausage 2. Pineapple, Ham 3. Beef, Jalapeño and a Spinach, Feta Bread using the Domino’s App. The app indicated that the pizza would be ready in 15 minutes but I gave them 30 after reading the other online reviews that mentioned that their order wasn’t ready upon arrival, despite them receiving a text that it was. I arrived and checked in. The gentleman that was working the front counter greeted me right away and asked my name. He retrieved the order and I was on my way. When I got home, I served my 6 year old and she quickly told me that she didn’t like it – I thought this was because it was her first time trying pineapple and ham. I have her a pepperoni/sausage slice and she told me she didn’t like that either, but that she DID like the spinach/feta bread. I sat down to eat and the pizza was NOT cooked ask the way and was very doughy. I checked them all and they must’ve been cooked the same amount of time because the were all raw on the inside. I cut the spinach/feta bread open to see if that was cooked all the way and I’m glad I did, because the spinach was going bad. I spent close to $40 on this order and was GREATLY disappointed. We ended up throwing it all away. All it takes is ONE bad experience for most people to not return to ANY establishment (restaurant/dept store/gas station, etc) and this was my first and last time going to Domino’s.

The customer service was great! The pan pizza was a bit doughy and under cooked. Enjoyed the garlic bites. They didn’t upgrade one of my medium pizzas to a large, I ordered online as stated in the commercial promo.

I never had a bad complaint about this place or any of the employees I have come to meet here either. They are always fast with bringing the food to the customer also and that’s a must for me for sure I definitely recommend you come here to eat and bring your kids and your family or friends as well.

Great place to Make Your Own Pizza! Which is very crucial for me because I can’t eat a lot of different kinds of food’s and things that are found in some food/drink’s etc. We always order from Domino’s . Ordered 4 handmade pizzas. I placed an online order and it was ready in 30 minutes. The pizza was hot and tasty. My daughter wanted this instead of Palermo’s. It did not disappoint. I was skeptical to order because the reviews are bad. Wish I had added a few different wings.
I bought two more times since this review. A lot of BD parties last few weeks. First time great. Second and third time the pizzas weren’t cooked long enough. Still not awful. But they need to stay in 3-5 minutes longer.

Walked in father’s day to grab my online PICK UP order, and the cashier has the audacity to comment “thanks for the tip” under his breath after I hit $0. I looked up at him and said there was no tip, and he goes, “i know happy father’s day”. This whole new age tip era has to stop. Im not your employer there buddy, im not tipping for you ringing up my pizza. Entitled pizza guys. Grab your pizza some where else, there is a place for tips and its not obligated at the pick up register.

Ordered 2 pizza’s ans bread bites, everything was good delivery, driver very polite. The thin crust was doughy/soggy so I called and explained and offered refund or remake, got a call from the manager (Chris) who seemed as confused as I did about how it could be, long story short we talked , they remade and was night and day. Much appreciated Chris for the remake and prompt delivery even tho it took two phone calls to let you know a compliment seeing I was hung up on the first time calling to let you know it was made right and to thank ya for making that happen
